The quality of the cleaning. I am amazed at how good the carpeting and the upholstery turned out. The tech (Beny Ramiirez) was a very hard worker and determined to please.

I ended up paying a lot more than the advertised price I heard on the radio. The carpet seemed to take longer that usual to dry, but overall I'm happy with the results of the carpet cleaning. The technician, Luis, took his time and did a great job. Explained the process every step of the way. I am still waiting for my $50 gift card for Fuller's Jewelry which Luis said would arrive in the mail. I will most likely recommend Zerorez.

Bob McKee lacks customer service skills by not responding to email communication. It took several days for people to figure out who had to complete the paperwork for invoicing from a business. Even through the holiday it took 2 weeks and being very upset to schedule an appointment. Tile floors have been stained from the chemicals used for carpet cleaning becasue machines were leaking.
The carpet was clean and the patch work was great.

Zerorez did it again! We called them out to try to remove a large grease stain that we thought was impossible! This is the 2nd time Zerorez has surprised and delighted us! I would HIGHLY recommend them! They are quick, efficient, professional and courteous! Yes, we are Raving Fans of Zerorez!!
Was told would move furniture except for electronics and TVs. Nothing was moved unless I moved. I was very disappointed

Would have gotten a ten, but free tile clean was only about 15 square feet. I understood it was suppose to be 100 sq ft. Disappointed. Very nice man. He did a good job on carpet. I was not aware of fuel charge until I was paying.

The technician was very professional and was very knowledgeable. I just bought this house and haven't moved in yet. It looks so much better already! The carpet didn't have spots on it, just a lot of cat hair from the previous owners two cats. The Kitchen tile looks fabulous after it was cleaned. I am happy that KLuv recommended you guys!
