Quick, thorough, deep cleaning, no chemical/fragrance odors, technicians aim to please and will redo areas you think could be hit again. If you are able to help them, they will go above and beyond as they know they will be able to get to their next job quicker. My recent tech this past time, Tommy, was very friendly, was ex military and the most "unabrasive" (inside joke) as I've ever had.

I like the way the carpet feels and looks. I don't like the price of the spot remover that the sales person offered to me. 50$ is very outrageous. Also the price of cleaning the tile quoted was way over priced. I was shocked. Carpet cleaning seemed reasonable however.

There is a huge yellow brown stain almost the full length of the room now on one of the three carpets done. He came out again but it got a little worse.
I hope it can be fixed. to me the carpet looks horrible now and should be replaced. It looked great before Zerorez came I was just having it done to remove the sealant which a friend told me has benzene in it that I might be allergic to.
No toxic chemicals in the product did not diminish the end result of clean carpet. Your service technician, William, was knowledgeable and willing to work very hard to achieve the best results. His commitment to his customers and company is commendable.
