It was done quickly and it looks great.
We had an extremely ill pet which resulted in blood and feces in several places on our carpet - I tried sending an on-line request for emergency service and waited patiently for a response over the weekend of Jan. 3-4. Please note that I would have gladly paid extra for service over the weekend. There was no response on the 5th either, so I called on the 6th. Other than not responding to my on-line request for service, once I called customer service, they had me scheduled quickly. The technician did a great job cleaning our carpet.
The customer service rep really did not have an answer when questioned why my on-line request was not answered and seemed quite un-concerned that we had an emergency situation and needed a quick response.
As to my dependency on the on-line scheduling, I'm the primary care-giver for my wife who suffers from Alzheimer's and I rely a lot on that once I address a situation, it's being handled. I don't need to be on the phone trying to figure out when there's an available appointment.
I'll still use Zerorez in the future, but let's work on our customer service and get the bugs out of the on-line system.

Train employees, who are cleaning carpets, to measure correctly if they're sealing air filters. They need to know to open the vents to see how much smaller the fit will be. Not to measure on the outside of the vent.

The technician was very helpful and I would have him back again.

The first person that came out did nothing but soak my carpets and charge me $100 more than I was originally quoted. It took over two days to completely dry and it was not clean. When I asked him about it he said he had done all he could do. I called and complained and after much back and forth and confusion between the scheduling and much miscommunication, I finally got a supervisor out. He cleaned my carpets and freely admitted that the first person did not clean the carpets at all and I appreciated his honestly. I was very disappointed with Zerorez and how hard the company was to work with.
Your service was wonderful and your tech was very attentive, polite and did an excellent job.

HAVE A REAL PERSON CALL TO VERIFY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS, AS THEY APPROACH. MY FIRST APPOINTMENT WAS NOT DONE, AND I WAS NOT CONTACTED REGARDING WHY NO ONE SHOWED UP. I HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 2 1/2 - 3 WEEKS, DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS, FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. APPOINTMENTS SHOULD NEVER BE LEFT TO A COMPUTER.

Very clean carpets and friendly employees. But we did not get the gift card promised in this promotion and the last time we used zerorez, we did not get the gift card from Fuller's jewelry either.
