My carpet and tile are super clean!
Very professional and the carpets look great.
Loved the pretreatment machine used prior to the actual cleaning. The serice techs, Joe and Don were very pleasant and professional. Very happy with the results and will most definitely use ZeroRez again!
ON time, allowed me to inspect before he moved on to next room. It was clear that he was very concerned about doing a good job.
Very professional. They came when they told me they would be there and they are fast, but efficient.

I've been using your service for a WHILE it feels like and I feel like our last technician was not super friendly at all. Not the normal customer service I expect from ZeroRez. Example.. I said thank you so much.. he said OK. My first several experiences with y'all were way better.
The one before that.. He took 1/2 the time and on a MUCH larger area/house. Several areas got missed/ weren't taken care of. Unfortunately my husband was home when it was being done so didn't really look at it.
And I've been on hold over 20mins (yes over 20.. I just leave my phone on speaker) the last 3 times I've called. I'm not sure what to do. Just disappointed. So much easier having a Go-To.

The fact that no chemicals are used to clean carpets outside of pet treatment solutions. The service person was personable and seemed genuinely interested in doing a thorough job.

Also the price you quoted was the price we paid - no pressure to buy extra products or services . I appreciate the honesty and no pressure

Good techs/ good products/satisfactory job
I still need the hardwood floor to be fixed/cleaned. Jiamey(sp?) got over spray on my Hardwood floor when cleaning/sealing tile. Another Zerorez tech Jimmy had to come today to re clean tile and wipe off treatment/chemical on my appliances/cabinets as well. Very disappointed that I had to spend my 2nd day off from work on house arrest for the afternoon waiting on second tech to fix what first didn't do correctly.
The carpets are soft, not stiff like other cleaning services I have used in the past/
I feel the promotional emails could be more clear. For example, the most recent one I received just said "20% off of all services", but when I made the appointment, I was told that I could only get the discount if the after-discount charge was over $109. I feel the email was misleading. But, I am satisfied with the actual cleaning service itself and the technician.
The machine that you use after steaming gets the hair and junk out of the carpet very well

Carpet did not come out that clean. Pet cleaning did not work at all!!!! Smells worse than before it was clean! Not worth the money at all! Mad about $10 trip charge! ONLY good thing- guy who did the job was great and super nice. He did rush through the last room. Not very happy with way it turned out!
No harsh chemicals. The people that come to your house really care and take their time. Also they don't overwhelm you with a sales pitch. I've been using them for years.

the technician was very friendly. I use your company for all of my carpet cleaning needs ( I am a contractor, Total Restoration, LLC).
We haved always used Zerorez in the past for our showroom. The techs who came out last night were the best! We have had some ok techs but these guys were fabulous. Carpet has never looked better and they were quick.
