Make a clearer connection between the "special" or coupon the customer used and the service the technician anticipates performing. I had to ask about my free tile cleaning and didn't notice that my 20% discount was omitted when I signed the receipt.

The Zerorez professionals are incredible. Fabian and T did a wonderful job on all of my floors, carpeting, travertine and tile. The travertine had become very dull because I had used chemicals to clean them. Fabian cleaned, buffed, and polished them. They look like new marble floors. The carpet is the cleanest it has been since it was laid. The guys were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about all of the areas. They also cleaned two pieces of upholstered furniture, which also look like new. I will definitely use Zerorez for all future needs.
The price for carpet cleaning was great. It did take quite a long time for my carpet to dry, in part, due to the cold weather. Probably should increase/vary your projected drying times.

I have used many carpet cleaning companies over the years and Zerorez produces the best results. My carpet is cleaner and there is no chemical smell. The technician (Cesar) was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and did a thorough job. My carpet also stays clean much longer with the Zerorez technique. I like that you use no chemicals when cleaning. I also was impressed with A.J. and Don, the technicians that cleaned my carpet and tile. They did a great job!
I loved Zerorez in Phoenix. My experience with Zerorez Dallas left a lot to be desired (never received f/u call on email request originally sent, technician didn't show up on time, first time we questioned the free room for this we were told a different time slot than we had [11-1:30 became 11:30-2], had to call again when tech still wasn't there @2, when called to pay bill they attempted to charge me again full price].
After all that, the 'free room' took off less than $10. I believe 3 rooms for $99 - a free room should be $33 off.
I do like that it doesn't smell like normal carpet shampoo. But, the customer service is lacking.

I like your service but I don't like the fact that you try to sell a bunch of extras right off the bat.
Don't believe it is as good as advertised. The extra treatment is nothing more than a way to get extra revenue.
Will not use your service again.

The Technichian was polite, did not speak much at all, wasn't sure if he spoke or understood english very well?
Our carpets looked a lot better after they were cleaned however there were a couple of good size spots that returned right away.
When you send out your crew(s) and technicians to clean peoples carpets, etc, the time or quality spent or done should not be based on the size or quality of the home (or business). IF the home/business/building is small or old or even a shack, the owners and the their home should always be treated like zerorez sees their home like a beautiful mansion or castle....no matter what the surroundings look like.....just treat everyone like they are important and of great value.
I am not saying that the gentleman that cleaned our carpets was not kind or helpful, but I am pretty sure that if our previous home was the one that we were having carpets cleaned, the "attention" given from the technician and company would have been quite different (improved?).
