I thought Sergio was very knowledgeable and professional when he came to our house.
Reasonable pricing, prompt and professional service. Good communication with customers and within the company. Even after selecting the service over the phone, when Sergio arrived at my home he had a nice conversation with me to make sure he was offering me the best possible service treatment for the care of my floors. It was appreciated.
Clean smell, and excellent service
Cleaning Carpet is awesome.
Your service didn't leave any chemicals in the carpet and you found an removed the mildew in a bathroom vent. The service man explained everything as he progressed.
I cannot say enough great things about my experience. First of all, the technician (Devontre) was ontime and greeted me with a warm greeting. He was extremely polite and professional. He walked through all of the rooms with me,asking me if I had any problem areas that needed to be addressed. He took his time to explain what he was going to do and proceeded to do just that! I will definitely use Zerorez again!
My carpets look great after zeroez cleans them they smell wonderful.

I was given a window between 4-6pm. The technician was still not there at 8pm after a service specialist said they were on their way. I told the tech not to bother coming after 8pm as I have young children to put to bed and felt I would not get a quality job completed without natural light. I was then told the next morning that the tech would call on his way, instead he called to say he was at my front door while I was not at home. The communication between the technicians and phone staff are obviously insufficient.
I asked if the tech could clean a 5x7 rug, he said it wouldnt be a problem. I figured it wouldnt cost as much a room ($33) as it was much smaller. He did not tell me how much it would cost. He said he would give it a good deep clean (which to me sounds like he will just clean it, I was not aware that the price was different for a "Deep" clean). He altered my bill for more stairs, a larger master closet and the 5x7 rug. My bill was far over what I was originally quoted but I figured it was primarily because of the stairs and closet. Once he left I looked at the itemized receipt that was emailed to me and noticed that the rug cleaning was $90. I didn't pay that much for rug! Somehow that rug cost as much as 3 rooms! He also made it a point to tell me he cleaned a rug upstairs that I said didn't need to be cleaned. I would have said no thanks if he had quoted me a price prior to cleaning it. Also I would have rather received no $90 rug cleaning and no complimentary cleaning of a clean rug than what I received. I was totally shocked and called zerorez immediately. Long story short, it came down to a he said/she said as he claimed he told me the price and since I signed something that was not itemized, my claim was denied. I have learned many lessons from this as I will always get a quote on the spot and request an itemized receipt before signing. I felt that the technician and phone reps were extremely nice and the carpets looked great. Unfortunately I can not recommend service though due to the runaround for the appointment day and time as well as difficulty with the quoting/billing process. Also, I by no means was expecting to not have to pay for the rug, I was just hoping to pay even 40-50. I was surprised that I received a total denial instead of some sort of price compromise. It's apparent the customer is not always right at zerorez.

We were not called to set the time for our first appointment to clean on time. When we called, you wanted to come too late in the day. Too, I don't like the feel of our carpet. It was once soft and now it feels coarse.
How the carpet got cleaned and products you use
When you sell the deep cleaning option for the pad, we were told it was $79 per room but it ended up only covering 2 very small areas in the room.

My carpets looked fantastic. Your service technician was very thorough taking me thru each room that was being cleaned before and after. He was very courteous and kept me informed with his work. My carpets had a new life put back into them. Yes! I would recommend your service to friends. Infact, I already have made a referral. We are very satisfied.
Not really sure. Your technician was VERY polite & seemed well trained. I feel like the ultimate result was "pretty good" - frankly, I'm not sure my expectations were realistic - nobody can make old carpet new, but I just feel that in previous experiences, when I used a service that did use chemicals, the result at least "seemed" cleaner. This would have been YEARS ago & maybe my carpet was newer (a previous home); although I do remember also feeling that it did get dirty again quicker than it did before, because of the chemicals. So maybe there's just a trade off, one way or another - I'm really not sure. I'm NOT dissatisfied, but neither am I "pleasantly surprised".
