The product used on carpet cleaning is good.
liked that no detergent was used--so dirt will not be attracted to carpet. The they got some bas spots out of my carpet.

Get a more powerful solution for the hard traffic areas
Robert was very helpful. He used the powerful vacuum to release the dirt and stains in the carpet. Despite our carpet being 17 years old and a mess, he made it look fantastic.
Your system cleaned the carpet better than any other company I have ever used. The carpet looked like it was just put down as in NEW.

Technician was rough on our house with the hoses,even after I asked her to please not pull the hose around the stair railing. And she tried to shut our front door with the deadbolt out.

Honestly, I did not believe that the product would clean like it did without any chemicals. Boy was I wrong.
Our entire upstairs is carpet, and it had some aroma. But after zero rez, the upstairs had no odor, as in, I can not detect the common smell that an aging carpet had.
