Your automated appointment confirmation gave me an INCORRECT 2 hour window for the arrival time of the technician. It told me (and I confirmed by pressing a "2" on the keypad) that my window was between 11:30am and 1:30pm on Saturday. When he didn't arrive or call by 1:30, I called the local Richardson TX phone number (the same number from which I received the automated appointment confirmation) and they told me my appointment was scheduled for 1:30 to 4:00pm instead. The technician finally showed up at 4:15pm. We wasted most of our Saturday waiting on the technician because of the inaccurate automated appointment confirmation.
Since your automated scheduler is inaccurate, I will not be using your service again.
I felt your over the phone customer service was excellent. I was unable to be here to deal directly with service professional however when I got home my carpets never looked better.
Came at the tail end of the appt. Also initially told 4 to 6, then changed to 4.30 to 6.30
Protact the customer's lawn from the chemicals that are being used to clean carpet when the hoses are running across the lawn from your trucks/vans.
The ability to clean deep down with the machine that gets below the fibers. Knowledge of technician to repair and clean was impressive and efficent

The young man who came out was extremely professional, timely, and thorough! There were several spots that he was able to get out or at least get more presentable. The only thing I was hoping for that was not able to be done was to get the tile grout more to it's original state.
The technician was amazing, very informative, nice, fast, and professional. I was not very happy with the office. I was informed upon making my appointment I was recirve a call 48 hrs prior to schedule a time. When it became 48 hrs before my scheduled date and had not received a call. I called them, they told me they had not gotten to my name yet and would soon. The day before my schedule appointment by 3:00 I still have not been notified of my time window so again I had to call the office to get my time window. I feel as the customer I should not have to hunt down the office to be notified of my time when I was told they would call me.
Carpet and tile cleaning
It was easy to book and change appointment, fast, and the carpets look great! Chris did a fabulous job and educated us along the way, too!

It is probably our fault because we let our bedroom get to dirty at the entry ways before we called you. Also we had tried to clean spots and it didn't all come out. This also is our fault.
Brent Stover did a wonderful job as best as he could. He did a beautiful job on the other three rooms. Brent was very professional and personable and we could not have anyone who tried harder.
The technician was knowledgeable and in contact with someone who could answer questions.

Very customer service oriented. Brad kept me in the loop on what he was doing. He showed me how dirty the carpets really were. Glad he did, as it reiterated my choice to have them cleaned. This is the second time your company has been to my house and the service is excellent

Very professional and explain what they were going to do. I didn't like how my kitchen chairs turned out - they were not able to clean them very much (so disappointed about the outcome of the chairs) everything else was good

Scheduling and customer service were a problem. Also, even though I inquired, I did not receive an offer to clean tile or a gift card to Brazilian Steak House, which is being advertised on radio and in flyers.
