We were referred to Zerorez to clean a 7 ft. by a friend in Dallas who also had a 7 ft. couch to be cleaned. Both my wife and her friend called indepedently for quotes on cleaning their couches. They were BOTH quoted $140 plus tax for an estimate of $151.55. They were told that no quote is binding until the tech reviews the couch, however, they asked very clearly about any additional charges.
(I have pictures of the couch in question for reference.)
First, the scheduling was terrible. They called us on the day they were scheduled to reschedule, then when they rescheduled for coming between noon and 3 p.m. on another day, they did not show up till the VERY end of the time, which means that I had to stick around later than I had planned.
I was not the one who spoke to the person on the phone to get the estimate, so when the technician came to the house and gave me the pricing, he added $40 to the estimate ($20 for the seat cushions and $20 for the back cushions).
When my wife saw the receipt, she was furious! She had very clearly asked when getting the estimate what possible additional charges could be added. She felt completely lied to. These were not decorative pillows, these are the seat and back cushions of the couch.
This could be made right by refunding the additional charges for the "pillows" (seat cushions).
Under the present circumstances, I WILL NOT recommnend your company to ANY friend because until this matter is resolved, I feel like this is a switch and bait on the estimate, and the scheduling was very unprofessional.

The dispatcher "Letty" was rude. I explained to her my appointment had been rescheduled for between 9-11 on Friday 6/19.. I confirmed this appointment twice with the customer service department only to be told on Thursday 6/18 that my appointment was between 4-6 on Friday. When Letty explained to me the only appointment time her system showed was the evening appointment, I stated I had an email confirmation for the morning appointment and I could forward it to her to so I could keep the morning appointment. She replied back it wouldn't help, the appointment time is 4-6. Considering I took the day off to have the carpets cleaned in the morning so my family and I weren't displaced all evening, well that's exactly what happened. The tech was very nice and informative, however showed up closer to 5 and was here until almost 9. I never thought I would lose a whole day of my life to have my carpets cleaned.
My carpet looks worse than before you came. I have large soiled areas. I used some Pet Woolite and removed some of the dirty spots, but there are too many dirty spots. I almost cleaned with my own cleaning machine, but my friends told me that I needed to let you guys know. FYI the technician was very friendly and professional. Maybe he was new.

The service person was great Ricardo. However the smell of chlorine in my home was very prominent, my carpets are still damp even though I have had ac on at 70 since yesterday eve and the landing are looks worse than it did before treatment with more dark or stained areas than before treatment. Very disappointed in quality but not the service person.
The carpets look great, there were a lot of stains that are gone. Communication to set the appointment time and confirm and let me know that Derrick was on the way was very much appreciated. Derrick was courteous and did a very nice job.
