The carpet felt so soft and clean afterwards. The service was quick and very affordable. One thing you should do is mention that hallways are extra when the customer places an order. I had an extra 40 dollars or so on the bill that I didn't realize would be there because of the hallway.

I like that they don't leave behind any soap or residue in the carpet and how quickly the carpet dries.
My technician was very honest about the unlikeliest of getting stains out of my sofa, and even tested a portion of the sofa to see if the stains would lift. But, once the sofa dried there is a very obvious line from where he cleaned. I now need to schedule another appointment to come have that line removed.

Your tech. were good and he tried hard. Your chemicals need to be stronger. I used B12 on the one that your products just lighted and removed them.

You showed up at 6:45 pm for a 1:00-4:00 appt. I had already vacuumed and moved everything off the carpet so I was stuck. My choice was to cancel or to undo and redo all the work I had done. I am a single female and it took me 3 days while working full time to accomplish getting ready for the carpets to be cleaned. . The help I had hired could not put anything back because the tech did not finish until 8:45. The carpet was still damp when I got up in the am. I am NOT a raving fan. The tech worked hard. It was not the quality of the cleaning, it was the disrespect towards me, the client. Customer service making excuses and apologizing is disingenuous. It's not my problem the person before me required more time. It's your problem but you made it mine.

1) The estimate over the phone (mid $200s) was way below the actual cost once the guy came over (ended up being $660). It wasn't pleasant being surprised like that. And that was with the 20% off!!!!
2) I've never used a carpet cleaning service before so I didn't know what to expect. We bought our first house. The carpeted rooms were high quality carpets. However, the previous owners had dogs. The house had a doggy smell. I was hoping Zerorez would help with that. It didn't. I was disappointed. The carpets are cleaner. But the smell is still there (and we paid for the "pet treatment.") In retrospect, I wish I had have saved the $660 and put that towards new carpets. I don't think Zerorez didn't do anything wrong. I guess my expectations were just too high.
Rather expensive
Both times the person didn't call before coming. Also , we found the carpets don't look as clean as before , and they ran out of water both times and had to use our water to fill their tanks!
Just not sure we will keep using zerorez

We had your company come out to clean our carpets on Thurs, 6/18 since we have listed our house for sale and are having open house this weekend. When I pulled up in front of my house today, 6/19, I found a DEAD spot of grass next to where your van was parked. The DEAD area of grass is about 1.5 ft X 2 ft. in the area between the side walk and street. It is very close to the walkway which leads up to my front door. I mowed my lawn on Tuesday and the DEAD spot wasn't there. I'm not sure what you can do at this point to fix the problem but I am VERY aggravated, and I hope this doesn't make any buyers skeptical of us having any lawn issues.
Ensure the carpets are dry when you leave.

the products used in the house had a pleasant smell and the carpets looked great. The tech, Nichols Wilson, was very professional and a pleasure to have working in my home. The first person I spoke with at the call center, Angel, was very helpful in setting up my first appointment.
I had not heard from anyone about me appointment (my appointment window was 1:30-3:30) being delayed or cancelled on Saturday so I called; the person that I spoke with on Saturday at 3:23pm, was kind but said that he didn't have control or contact with the techs. He also told me that the tech was on a thousand dollar job($1,000)and that the job was taking longer. First of all, I did not need to know how much the job before me was worth, just tell me it was taking longer to do. I am sure that your Company receives more jobs such as mine and that is what keeps you in business. He also had to reschedule my appointment to 4:30 - 6:30, I was not really happy but it was what had to be done. The reputation of your company was savage once Nicholas arrived, he got right on the job, explained what I did not understand and got the job done. Nicholas is an asset to your company and positive spokes person. I also congratulated him on have such a large job ($1,000) before coming to my house and he was surprised and stated that was not correct. So now back to the second person I spoke with at the call center, I do not appreciate the feeling that call center person lied to me,but it is possible that I was giving a different tech.
Will I do business with your company again, most likely but I will be skeptical of your call center.
