No chemicals, deep clean, friendly tech

Did not appreciate the "009 fuel charge of $10.00"
This was not disclosed when I called to get estimate and book appointment.
Technician was great and knowledgeable and the 10yr old carpet looks almost new.
I specifically asked at the time of my appointment that I needed someone to stretch my carpet in places where it has come up. I even reconfirmed with the girl who called to confirm my appointment. The guy showed up clueless that I needed it done. The service tech said he would call the office for me and schedule someone to come back and stretch the carpet but guess what he didn't. I received a call to pay my balance and asked her about someone coming out and was told "I can't do anything until you pay". Of course I'm going to pay! I took off work and now someone is supposed to come out Friday between 4-6 which screws up my evening plans. What a nightmare. I guess my carpet wasn't all that dirty because it doesn't seen all that much cleaner. What about some $50 gift card? No one ever got back to me on what I need to do for that. I'm ready to call 105.3 The Fan and yell at them and tell them zerorez sucks!

The two people that came out were good, but some of the spots remain. The more experienced person explained why. The problem that I have is that the less experienced person "cleaned" one of the spots and while she got it out, which was great, whatever she used left 2 gray stain lines on my carpet that were not there previously. Don't know what happened, but I definitely do not like the gray stains that Zerorez put on my carpet. Thank you

You guys have a great service, but you charge OBSCENE amounts for your extras. I hate to use you now. I used to use you all the time, but can't afford anything but the basics now.
Zerorez was right on time, very conscientious and did exactly what they promised to do. Floors and shower tile look great.
Your service man was VERY well mannered. He cleaned up after the water to the icemaker flooded four rooms. The areas he cleaned had to do with this. Zerorez is the ONLY company we use.

We were told that someone would be there between 4-6:30 and the call came in to me around 1pm that the guy was on his way. My husband had to leave work and take personal time off unexpectedly to accommodate. I had originally arranged my schedule to be there, but at 1pm I was an hour away. The second thing was, I was told that there was 100 sq ft time cleaning included in the special (94.9 special) and we were wanting our laundry room tile cleaned with that deal. The guy would not honor it and left without letting us confirm with the office, what was discussed when the appointment was made. The 3 rooms and bathroom that was cleaned however, was done to our satisfaction.
The fact that there is no detergent in the solution used to clean. Also my tile and grout came out amazing! I really didn't think it would look that good. I'm happy with the results.
