we like the no chemicals and great cleaning Zerorez provides. We have always had good experience with them, and this time Eric and his associate were exceptional. Thanks guys for your courtesy and professional caring service !! you were great! we love having clean carpet with no residue, and the pet stain service gave great results. Zerorez is definitely the BEST!!
Carpet dried quickly
You did much better than previous company that I used. That company covers all of DFW area.
The man who came out broke a tile in our bathroom. He didn't get the areas clean that we asked for. He tried to sell other services even though the radio ad I heard said you don't do that. I'm pretty much disillusioned with zerorez.

Carpets looked great
The Product is technical sound and efficient. The ph balance of the water raised to 12 is a eco-friendly way of cleaning. The process was effective. Also, the product allowed the drying time to be reduced compared to other services.
But what made the product top tier was the service provided by Chris. What an outstanding display of professionalism and his ability to explain how everything works. He is truly a subject matter expert while using this product. Chris was very polite and courteous. His can-do demeanor supported what ZEROREZ is all about. When I request service again, I want Chris to be my service technician.

Ease of scheduling my appt, and the happy with the rep reviewing my options. The carpet cleaner was very happy to get things done and point out certain issues, and address them.
When I called to make the appointment I told the lady exactly what I wanted. She quoted me prices and rates. It ended up being $100 + $60 for pet treatment in one room. When the tech came out he said it would be over $300. He said that the lady on the phone can't tell what the house looks like and he has to give the actual price. I have a very small house. It is only 2 bedrooms. What size house did the phone lady think I had? Anyway, I was able to talk him down to $200, because I only did the free tile cleaning. The $200 was for the exact services that the lady on the phone told me that I would get. It was still higher than expected. I am scared to call you out again, because even if I get a quote, the person who comes out will raise the rate.
The price was very competitive and service was on time and completed quickly with a great result!

Excellent, friendly service. Cleaning is excellent.
We had to ask the technician to go over some spots again until they were clean. The spots came right out, but we shouldn't have had to ask. Since then we found a couple more that could have been done better. It was the end of the morning shift, and I think he was in a rush to finish. We only had the family room and hall, and he was in and out pretty quickly.
The young man was on time and pleasant. We are happy with the results.
the two young men were very polite and professional but, I had already discussed what my amount to clean the 4 rooms would be when I called to schedule a cleaning. He came up with a much higher price and I felt like I was being ripped off. He tried to tell me that he was giving me 40% off the price which was about $50 dollars higher then I was quoted when I made my appt. It would be much better if the workers are informed of the price the customer and the agent agreed upon before the cleaning occurs. Thank you
