I was told that up to 100 sq ft of tile would be cleaned as part of the service, but the technician did not clean any tile.

Carpets came out clean & smelling fresh. Technician was courteous & polite. Carpets stil look wonderful!

The carpet remained wet for several hours. I didn't notice and still haven't seen any difference from a regular cleaning company.

My kitchen tile was chipped in several places when it was cleaned. The grout looks great but the tile is chipped throughout the kitchen and entry way.

Still a few spots that I think could have been lifted if retreated.
Pet deodorizer was not worth what I paid even though it was at a discounted rate.
All and All I will request a re-visit to address a few areas.

Our tech was very professional and polite, but I did not feel like he was knowledgable on natural stone products, which is what our floors are made of. I got different answers from your staff and tech on whether or not the seal is removed with your process. Based on your online information I thought the process for natural stone was different than tile, but when tech arrived realized that was not the case. More than a few chunks fell out of our travertine.

The standard service is wonderful, the add-ons are great. I had the pleasure to see the tile and grout clean, and wow!

I have heard that your carpet cleaners have broken tiles in other homes (as well as ours)- 5 or 6 of them in a year. What is the matter with the training you give your employees? I've had many carpet cleaners in our homes and no one has ever broken a tile. That is a completely preventable accident. Plus, our carpet didn't get clean in the areas I asked to have special attention. Needless to say, I am NOT

Friendly professional staff, quality of work performed

The technician was very careful with my walls and floors. The carpets look great, but I was a little surprised that my carpets were not completely dried until almost 24 hour latter. I did have my AC on and ceiling fans going in each room. the finished product pleased me but I was concerned that maybe too much water was used.

I love the no damaging chemicals used in your process. The carpets look great. Will definitely recommend your service. My technican, Dustin, was great. Will call soon to schedule my house in Corinth. Had to cancel the apt. I had set for July 16 due to family situation.
