I like the process Zerorez uses to clean my carpet.

The baseboards and walls were all marked up. Some even had chunks missing.

Had service rep come out for air filter. Arrived on time. Took measurements and told me it will be about 7-10 days to get my customized life time guaranteed filter. The cost of the filter will pay for itself in less than 3 years. Normal filters cost $30 and are recommended to be replaced every 6 months.

Your man was very polite, and considerate. Our carpet looks brand new, and the best part, it took very little time.

That we could immediately tell even with our darker carpet how clean our carpets became.

The technicians are always courteous and the carpet stains (such as grease and coffee), which we anticipated that could not be 100% removed, actually disappeared after treatment.

It is environmentally safe, and the service reps educate you and bring all the tools to protect your home while cleaning your carpets.

I've used you many times. Recently I had you out and it was worse when you left. You sent a young man out July 9. He agreed with my assessment, cleaned the carpet like should have been done the first time, was polite, and very helpful. Thank you!! I will continue to recommend you all.

Service performed 2 weeks ago. Carpet is discolored in all areas treated. I think too much water or something was used. Carpet was suppose to dry in 4 or 5 hours, but did not dry for at least 10 hours. I thought by vacuuming a few times this would help...but it has not. Call me today Phone number removed Name removed

Timely, quick and clean

My carpets look awful after having them cleaned with Zerorez. There are stains, splotches and discolored areas where there were none before. I am 100% dissastisfied and am probably going to have to pay for new carpet for the entire house because the damage done by Zerorez is so bad.

To make things right, we would like our money refunded.

You arrived within the time frame that was given to me (which was 1:30 to 4:00) technician showed up at 2:00 which was nice. We didn't have to wait for him. He explained to me what he was going to do to my rug (area rug) and checked what type of fiber/material it was made of before starting to clean it.

I had requested a morning apt. I pull only get a window time of 8:30-1:30, which became 11-1:30. The technician couldn't get to us until late afternoon and wasn't finished until after 6:45 pm. So, I spent my entire day waiting.
But the technician did a good job and I don't blame him.

We like the carpet cleaning products because they are water based and do not leave a film on our carpet.
