On time, Professional, the gentleman was trustworthy,

Our techinician was helpful, honest, and knowledgable. Our rug stain on the other hand, was too severe. The price ($6/sq ft) of sending it in to the factory is entirely too high, as it costs what the rug did. Since pricing is by square foot, I have to imagine this is the case with all but the most expensive rugs. So in our case, the only effective service costs too much to pursue.

Unfortunately the technician was really late due to dispatching issues and people that were out. I couldn't pick up my friend at the airport as he was still here, and she had to take a cab. $75. Ouch. And all my furniture was all over the place and I had house guests. Also, I was supposed to get a $50 gift certificate and I didn't get one.

The young man that cleaned my carpets was the best I have ever had, and I have been
using Zerorez since the begining of your business. My carpets look better than they
ever have. I will be requesting him for my next visit.

That there were no chemicals used.

This is my second time to use Zerorez. My first experience was amazing! Two man crew showed up on time. Equipment (truck) was clean and appeared to be well maintained. They explained the process in detail. The carpets turned out great. My most recent experience was not as good. One man crew showed up in a truck that was dirty, dented and rusty. It did not appear to have been recently cleaned or maintained. Carpets took longer to dry than we were told (some areas were damp 24 hours after the technician left) There is still one area that has some remnant odor from pet stains.
