Our service tech, Aaron I believe, was extremely professional. The carpet, that are old, came out very clean and as your ad say, felt soft like when new. Not the hard, crusty feeling you get with other cleaners. Aaron worked hard to make sure the job was well done. Would have him back in a second!

Staff was timely, respectful and friendly. That showed up on time, were very careful and did a good job. I also love that this is a chemical free way to clean our floors.

The second man that came out to correct the poor job that the first woman did was excellent. I think you should have your employees tell customers what the charges are going to be. I was charged $150.00 for special work on three animal urine spots that were about 6 by 8. Inches wide. The carpet cleaning woman said she used 2 five gallon containers. I think those charges were too high. She did not do a good job and I understand she is no longer with the company. J.L.,who came out to correct the bad job, was very good.

The product lives up to it's claims. However, as with any other service, the product is only as good as the technician using it. I've had both good and not so good come out, so I would like to give a shout out to Ivan Brown. He was professional, courteous and completely thorough. I will request him personally the next time I have Zerorez come out.

Come during the timeframe that you say you'll be there. Our timeframe was 11-1:00, our
tech came at 4:00. It wasn't his fault it was the scheduling.

Jessica(I'm pretty sure that was her name) was on time, understood I was on a budget and didn't push for "extras". She did take the time to explain what to expect. She had me check each room before she moved on to the next. Very happy over all!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. When the technician was at my house, and called to recommend cleaning the tile, in addition to the carpet cleaning we already had scheduled, I didn't feel like he was being a salesman. He made me feel as if he was the homeowner making the decision, and discussed the benefits from that perspective. I felt very comfortable with him, and with adding the additional service. Thank you!
