Organic products
The carpet was done well. I was not aware that there was a pretreat and it left a smell. One room was not done well as there was a visible stain that was that taken care of nor did they move the ottoman to take care of it. In the other rooms we did more furniture. The men were very nice and explained much. I think they need to be a little bit more proactive.

Long story, so upset with you all I will never ever recommend you to anyone again, I have used your company many times but never hVe I been so upset as I was this Saturday, and hopefully that person you sent to my home will never set foot in Nyones home!!!
The carpet looked great and Roy helped me out so much! One of the hot water heaters in the attic was leaking and water was coming through the garage ceiling.
My husband was at work and I didn't know what to do, Roy helped with cutting off the water and soaking up the water.
We appreciated anything he did!

Your process leaves the carper too wet for too long. One cannot stay off wet carpet for 8 hours. Otherwise, your technician was polite and knowledgeable. We will not use this again.
Carpet is soft, clean and refreshed after every cleaning. Personnel is very professional.
The carpet was really dirty and it did such a wonderful job of cleaning it. It felt very soft after it was cleaned.

The technicians called before they arrived and were on time according to their ETA. They were very knowledgeable and respectful of me, my home (especially carpets and rugs) and each other, and provided options on additional services but did not do a "heavy" sales pitch. As a result, I did choose two more services. Robert several times reviewed pricing, which matched my over-the-phone estimate on initial services, so there was never a surprise.
Clean job. Very professional. No harsh chemicals used. Reasonable price.
Did not like that the tech showed up 10 minutes late and the window was at 11;30 to 1;30 and he arrived at 1;40. Wanted morning becaue I work in Fort Worth and would have been easier for me. He did a great job. Very satisfied with results.
