The carpets look GREAT--every spot is gone. And my house smells like a new home again.
when I called I told the customer service person that I needed the carpet stretched in my master bedroom and the guy that came out apparently did not have the tool for it and it still has not been done also I was quoted $350 and it turned out to be 800 so that's quite a difference. there is also a place in my master bedroom where we had a dog crate and have moved it and it's dirty all along the edge of the carpet still.
The technician came more than an hour later after the window that was set had closed... We received one call saying the tech was 35 minutes away, and one hour later, we received another call saying the tech was 30 minutes away... We called customer service, and there was now valid excuse for the tech being late. The only thing we were offered was some carpet protection that was supposedly worth $90... And, the technician was not able to get all of the stains out of the carpet.

I love Zerorez Technology and service. My home smells so fresh when you leave and you do a wonderful job on tile floors!I had my couch cleaned for the first time and my technician did a very thorough job I looked great and it seemed very clean all the way through.
They are environment friendly, works well and the technicians are so informative, polite and professional.

Service tech was great. Communication was sketchy, no call to Nero the one to 6 p.m. window. I called and was told 4 to 6. At 6 o'clock I called and was told the rep was tied up previous job. He finally showed up about 7:45 p.m.
The end result was awesome! The only problem was that one stain came back and needs to be fixed. I'll be calling.

No chemicals used. I live with 5 sport dogs & that can be a challenge to keep clean & safe! Old spots were removed that were there from prior owners! Zerorez ROCKS!

Our technician was supposed to come between 11:00am and 4:00pm. At 4:10pm no one was there yet so I called and Dispatch said he would be there in 10 minutes. At 5:10pm no one wast there yet so I called Dispatch again. They said he was on his way. He came around 5:20 pm but did not know what services I had requested, which was the Starling Stringer special. He looked surprised when he found out he had to clean the grout in our bathroom floor. He was a nice guy, but he looked exhausted when he got there. I thought the tile in the Master bath would have come out cleaner and I don't think he even tried to get the grout around the toilet.
It really gets deep into the carpet and get it clean. It leaves it smelling clean. And the services was very professional, and willing to be patient in order to make sure the customer is pleased.

The technician, Tyrone, that cleaned our carpet was very professional, did an outstanding job in leaving our carpet clean. The carpet was not soaking wet has in previous times, so it took less time to dry. Would have him come in clean my carpet next time.
