Very very expensive and manager/supervisor wouldn't make any type of reduction in price or call in to speak to his supervisor for price break. I'll never do business with this company again. I was giving this company a chance but very disappointed in the service. I'll be going back to Dalworth Carpet Cleaning for future services.
The technician was very professional and courteous. I was pleased with the up he did.

Stellar customer service, professional representatives and tremendous results! From the moment he arrived, we were impressed by his pleasant demeanor, knowledge of carpet cleaning procedures and his ability to help us feel at ease with the entire process. Our carpets upstairs and down were very dirty and had been that way for several years. Not once did he seem surprised or react negatively. Having three children with lots of toys, we also had a lot of small furniture and large toys to move and deal with during the clean. My husband and I were prepared to move items if needed. However our Zerorez technician made certain that was not necessary! He moved everything himself, ensuring all furniture was properly placed on protective blocks once carpets were cleaned. He worked diligently to get out as much of the old stains as possible and helped make our home feel and smell clean and new! For the first time, I can be in my home without constant sneezing or headaches from allergies. Thank you Zerorez! You just acquired a lifetime customer!!

Roy was so nice, professional and he arrived early!! I was so impressed with how my carpet and tile looked like new!! The smell was so fresh and clean!!

I was disappointed with the clening process,even after your company came out and did a redo my traffic area still did not look any better. There was an equipment failure and water went up the wall,on my cat collection case,over the miror, into the bathroom floor and then dumped a lot of water on the carpet in the hallway. It was mess that I had to clean up except for extracting the water from the carpet. Even after registering a complaint no one from management seemed to care as I did not get a call from anyone. Actually, my carpets did not look any better than the free one that comes with resigning the lease. lastly,I was not appy with the pric quote I got. Over the phone, I was given a price and told it would probably be less when the cleaner got here;however the price was much more.After much discussion I got a better price even though the the price was still higher than what I expected. Rght now I do not think I will use your service again.

Our carpet is as dirty as it was before you so called "cleaned it". I was promised to have 10 square feet of tile cleaned at no cost and when your tech came he said that only two people in your company were qualified to do that and he was not one of the two. I called your company expressing my exstream dissatisfaction and no one has returned my call . I called your company because Mike Rodgers of KRLD swore you were so good, I am very disappointed in Mike raving about the quality of your work and now i know first hand you are anything but a quality carpet cleaner!!!! Very tough stains were almost totally removed.
My family can all lay on the floor without feeling like we're laying on a bunch of chemicals. Our technician, Chris, got down on the floor to check out stains to give us the best service he could. I appreciate his dedication.
I liked everything all but the fact they charged me 25. Extra for a walk in closet long narrow and foa whole room for my bedroom sitting room which is small and filled with furniture, a large sofa, chaise desk and coffee table, seems to me these two should have been considered one room. The workmen were very professional and courteous.

Chris was wonderful and I felt very safe in having in my home. He did an excellent job.
The cleaning was just great; it's like I have new carpet! My dog and I had tracked in mud on to very light colored carpet. I have tried to remove the stains and couldn't. Your products are great and don't have that awful odor that is associated with other carpet cleaning companies. Very safe! I am already spreading the word about how wonderful Zerorez is to work with. I also need to mention Angel and the other ladies I dealt with over the phone when I called in to check where I was on the list of "to dos". They were so sweet and yet, very professional.
No other company is ever coming into my home to take care of my carpet and tile! Thank you!
EVERYTHING
Not only are my carpets clean, they smell good. I have a dog that she's a lot and 3 messy kids who spill non stop. The best part is the friendly man who came to clean. Roy loves his job, he loves the company he works for and he loves the product. You can tell he trusts in it.
I was misquoted a cost amount at the time of original phone call. Overall service of technician was 70%. Several spots were missed, when I pointed them out he did go back and remove them.

I liked the FAST service -- we ended up needing cleaning asap for move in to older home that was empty 2-1//2 yrs. The tech was super nice & explainned the cost - apparently stains were from pets previously there. Zerorez offers 2 ways of removing stains - I paid more to get stains cleaned down below carpeting, a must.
You can actually see the nasty "ick" that is removed from carpeting during cleaning. Gross but sure is great knowing its gone. The house smelled better too after being cleaned! We highly recommend. Thanks Zerorez!
