All the guys was very nice and my carpet came out like brand new for 23 year old. man does it looks great. The other carpet cleaner need to watch them self because there is no other carpet cleaner better than ZEROREZ.

ON time and affordable as long as you don't allow them to add on all the other treatments.
I love the way the carpet smells after our carpets were cleaned. We have a puppy that has had quite a few accidents on the carpet and after the tech with Zerorez finished, the smell was gone. I am very pleased.

My daughter had stayed here with some pets and Alicia your rug cleaner got maybe a half dozen stains out very well. I was not told before how expensive it is to get stains out. I was charged $150.00 for 2 bottles of stain remover which I think is too expensive. I would have talked to Alicia and made a different arrangement, using just one bottle of stain remover if I had known how expensive they were.
