The tile cleaning chipped several areas in my grout. I also was told I would be receiving Hawaiian Falls tickets for the TWO cleanings I scheduled and still haven't received them. Not sure how I will use them since they close this weekend.
left our carpets cleaned without a heavy smell or dripping wet...carpets dried quickly and looked clean (especially for 25 year old carpeting).

Your appointment setters need to greatly improve their customer service skills. I almost terminated my long time association with Zerorez because of ATTITUDES coming across the phone. This should concern the company.

I like the fact that there is no residue reappearing within a few days an how professional the technician was...was willing to redo some areas. Very courteous.
I like the fact that you don't put soap into the carpet. When finished the carpet looks clean and newer. Next time I would like a little more attention paid to the carpet area adjacent to the tile. This is always a more soiled area than the rest of the carpet. Overall, however, very satisfied with the results! Travis was very professional!

It's been one week and my carpets still look great! Every other time I've had carpets cleaned, the stains come back. The rep was friendly, professional - I've never had a more pleasant experience having this necessary maintenance performed.
