He forgot to clean my tile

Excellence I brat on you all all the time,

I'm beyond disappointment for last Friday service. First, they " missed" one bedroom didn't service at ALL. Second, the rest of rooms are all only spot cl leaned, they didn't brother lift any furnitures like chairs, baby play mats and etc. (I have pictures) third, I reserved coupon deals for $99 includes 3 rooms clean with one extra room bonus (also a $50 gift card to restaurant) and my credit card got charged for almost $400?!? Fourth, they left a bag of all the clean mechanicals behind in our house, we have a 10 months old baby crawling around and put stuff in his mouth!!!!!

Robert was exceptional when explaining the products. I felt like I truly understood the benefits of the cleaning process. He was courteous and professional. Deshondra was super nice and courteous as well. These two worked hard and efficiently. My house has very old carpet and afterwards I felt like it was reborn. I am an extremely happy customer and blessed to have encountered such wonderful customer service. ZEROREZ should be proud to have these two outstanding individuals representing them.

Representatives are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Generally like there is no residue so carpets stay cleaner longer.

Shawn was wonderful and gave exceptional customer service. My carpets were tested cleaned and after the cleaning Shawn showed me some problem areas. Not a deal breaker. I would use Zerorez again. Things you could improve upon. Your website. I sent all of the information including the floor plan of the apartment I am renting and the person that called seemed to treat my call like they never seen anything from my email. If I'm taking the time to fill out the request at least read the request. Second, it would be helpful if your workers had a way to process credit cards from their phone or device. I gave Shawn my card he called it in to dispatch and I never received an email with a receipt. Shawn was wonderful work on dispatch.

I like no chemicals but do not like the fact that you send a beginner to do the work when you have run a special rate. He did the best he could considering.

How clean you leave the carpet and the fact that you stay in communication about estimated arrival time.

Eric was great and very knowledgeable about the products and services, and took his time in explaining what he was doing and why. He came out to clean my carpets and vents. Which I'm tremendously happy that I had my vents cleaned. Eric discovered that I had some mold or mildew growing in a few of my vents. And He took the time to try and figure out how and why that was created. I actually noticed a difference in the quality of the air circulating in my house when he was done.
The carpets look great, and I'm totally pleased to have purchased the life time vent filters as well.

You are in various locations. We used your services for 5 years in Dacono, CO (Denver area) and were very glad to see a ZeroRez truck driving around DFW. Great company and employees are very professional. We had to have house we were leasing cleaned so we chose ZeroRez. We will be calling on your services for our new home in Ft Worth. Thanks Sarah

What I like about Zerorez is that it is free of chemicals. The tech was very professional.

Clean and efficient....very happy....very professional and personable techs that came to our home. Explained our problem and made sure we understood and saw the dog issues we have.

Natural...water

I sent a recommendation already at the bottom of our invoice that was sent by email. We found Jessica professional, quick and very efficient. She got a 14 year stain out that many previous carpet cleaners had just shrugged at. We don't usually admit that our carpets are that old, but they are pretty special. You have a wonderful employee in Jessica and we would recommend you (and especially her) to our friends.

Omid was wonderful. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do and the process watching the dirt come out! My house smells clean. No odor at all. And the carpet is so soft!! Very well pleased!

YOU USE SAFE PRODUCTS, WITH NO STRONG ODORS, YOUR SERVICE MAN WAS VERY POLITE AND ACCOMODATING. HE DID A GOOD JOB AND WAS CAREFUL, NOT TO DO ANY DAMAGE IN THE HOUSE.

Make sure you give the full service. I didn't get my free clean tile.

Expand your service area. Be more accommodating with your scheduling.

The technicians were wonderful. However, this morning some of the stains were back.
