Your worker did a greatvkob
The carpets looked good when they were wet, but after drying, the same marks I had pointed out that needed to be cleaned were still there. Calling the office was not useful, they just read what the technician put in his notes. Did not offer to come back and try again. Very disappointed..
Do not like the fact that I can't get a straight quote when I call and techs aggressively try to up sell.
Excellent serviceman, gave me some great tips for keeping furniture and carpets clean. Was fast and thorough.

It was a nice feature to add the 100 square feet of tile with the carpet clean but it's a good thing I didn't pay for it. I was not inpressed with the process. The tech was amazing nothing against him but not all tile grout and condition is equal.. After the tile dried you could tell certain areas need to be cleaned again.. It's hard to tell what areas are cleaned and not with the solution on the floor and all looks the same. So I would hope that with a paying client the floor would be allowed to dry and then the tech can see what areas need to be redone.
This was my third experience with Zerorez and I am again quite pleased with the outcome. The technician, Justin(?) was wonderfully polite, thorough, careful and extremely efficient. He also arrived at the beginning of the appointed timeframe which was a bonus. I did forget to ask about the restaurant gift certificate, but maybe that is mailed? I couldn't remember how that worked the last time.
The person who came out was very knowledgeable and friendly.

This was my first time to use Zerorez and it will not be the last. Let me first say that our technician Roy was awesome! He was very positive, energetic (he arrived at the house at 6:00pm and did not get done until after 9pm). He could not say enough great things about Zerorez. He is truly dedicated to his company and believes in their products. He took the time to explain all he was doing and why it works. I was truly amazed at the way my carpet and tile looked when he was done. Very satisfied customer

The "End Result" is what counts when we do any kind of service to our campus. And the end result we got from ZeroRez was outstanding, I have never seen the ceramic tile floors as clean as they are after they were cleaned and sealed by the ZeroRez techs. I have a 64,000 square foot facility and we were trying to find the funds to replace a large percentage of the industrial carpet, but after they were cleaned, we feel that we can postpone that huge expenditure for a while longer. The outlook over the entire campus is much brighter, I have had many compliments about the ZeroRez techs. Ron and Ed did a fantastic job, very professional, had a personal touch, easy to communicate with, their commitment to customer service is beyond reproach. The entire process was well executed and very well done.

The man who came was very nice and thorough. He did a really good job. The cost was a lot more than I had expected. However, I did agree to special treatment of animal urine in the rooms and also had a sofa and 3 chairs cleaned in addition to 3 rooms. One bedroom still has the stains - but they are lighter - so they may have to be retreated. On the whole I was very satisfied with the service.

The young man who cleaned our carpet was so incredibly nice! We have hardwood floors throughout the house and he was very careful bringing his equipment on them and very aware of any water that may have come out of the cleaner onto them. He did a great job, our carpets look amazing!
