I love that you clean carpets without using chemicals. Your customer service is very nice and professional.
Iv used you before and loved it. This time the guy was nice but I don't think he did all he could .there are serval spot and other think he just didn't get.
The tech was very knowledgable and polite. There were only a couple of stains that he couldn't get out, but for the most part did a great job!
No harsh chemical smell left behind. I could stay at home with my toddler and baby without any issue of strong chemical smell.
The team of professionals your company employs are exceptional. Shawn Mcguire was fantastic he really cleaned the carpets well and they looked close to brand new!!

I would have given a 10, but the person who cleaned our carpets dumped the contents of her container onto our grass in 2 different areas and killed it! So upsetting since we had the carpets cleaned to prepare for a bridal shower at our house and now have burned/dead grass as a result!

Technician rates a 10, office a 2. My window was 4-6:30. Got a call close to 6:30 to say the window would now be 7:30-8. I had to cancel a tutoring session that was scheduled for 8. I should have received a call sooner. Once he finished the carpet I asked about the 100 square feet of tile cleaning that came with the deal. He said it wasn't on my appointment. He was kind enough to give me the hall cleaning for $2 since I should have gotten the tile deal because I had four areas cleaned. The reason I chose you was the ad I heard on WRR. I needed the tile cleaning and I wanted the gift certificate to the restaurant. I had moved all the furniture for the tile space. Also I had put some furniture on my bed to clear the floor. The carpet was not dry due to the lateness of the cleaning so I had to sleep on the couch. It was still damp the following morning.

Be clearer with quotes. They were running 4 rooms for 99 on kvil but when I called they said 33 per room so that seemed a little off. Evidently you are offering two different specials on their radio which seems a bit inconsistent. Also expected 100 square foot of tyle cleaning and probably got 50. Because kitchen was too big for special, he didn't even bother to do at least half of it. He wanted another 276 to do the rest of the kitchen which was ridiculous. I expected the carpet to smell a lot cleaner as my carpet really wasn't that dirty.
This is a very unprofessional business. They pull scams and then if you don't pay they threaten to drive off with ur belongings. I ordered a 3 man crew and one got sick and fell asleep in my house on my furniture. They other 2 were extremely slow that I had to move stuff in my vehicle in order to get the move completed. Again they scammed me out of an extra 200 or so dollars. My move should have been completed in way less time. One of the movers broke a couple of my items. Lost parts to my expensive fridge and did not re- assemble my power sofa and love seat. I took pictures of the one guy loungin on my furniture using his cell phone. I will definitely not use or recommend their services again. Going to stop all my employees and business associates also who were going to place several orders. We are talking at least 5 huge corporate accounts that are all moving to the area.
