ON THE PREVIOUS CLEANING YOU USED A POWERFUL RAKE TO LIFT THE PILE OF THE CARPET UP AND THIS TIME WE WERE TOLD IT WAS BROKEN. THE CARPET STAYED MATTED DOWN IN PATHWAYS. IT DIDN'T LOOK AS NICE. THE EDGES ALONG THE WALL DID NOT CLEAN WELL.
Fast drying and clean smells
Haven,t noticed any stubborn stains reappear as carpet has dries. Very clean looking.

Your department that sets up appointments was considerate and efficient when I had to change the date for my appointment. Your employee who came to the house explained his processes and worked quietly and speedily. After conversation with your employee, I also agreed to have my oriental rug cleaned by you.
The carpet that was cleaned in certain areas simply did got get cleaned properly. I will never use zerorez again.

I will always choose Zerorez over any competitor because it is effective, affordable and the actual product contains no chemicals which is best for my family. Plus they have great, knowledgeable technicians each time.

answers phone, texts and emails promptly----very courteous phone calls-- every Zero tech (Mr. Fred,recently) that has come to my home has been professionally courteous and has done an exceptional job getting rid of carpet stains and removing excessive liquids in the carpet--I feel like my home has been to "the dentist" for a cleaning---I tell everyone that talks about hiring someone to clean their carpet...I say, "call Zerorez, you'll be more that satisfied"...I will always call you whenever I need carpet cleanings....
On time. The guy who cleaned was a complete gentleman! Very courteous and respectful.
He worked hard. He was quick to set up yet took his time cleaning.

You can't help me. You already tried. Very disappointed with the initial shampoo and tile cleaning. Came out again to try and fix it but only made it worse. Some spots that you could barely see are now more prominent and all the spots are still there and there is a yellowing of the carpet. Very disappointed. Tile looks nice. Part of the special was a restaurant coupon for $50.00. Will it be sent to me? I do not intend to give you a bad write up to anyone but I will not refer you either.

.your man was on time but he didn't have the tools to do the job. I waited all afternoon for him to arrive with no tools. I am disappointed to say the the least. When we reschedule I will need an exact time.
