Your technician did not clean the areas he was asked to
The man talked too much and tried to sell me more than I wanted; more carpet to clean , a filter, more tile to clean. And the price I thought I would pay was a lot lower than what I actually paid. Also, the carpet and tile did not look that clean. It seems like he did a rush job on the tile. I am not a professional cleaner, but I get my floors cleaner than he did. Overall, would never use this company again. Also the gift card is to the restaurant is in a completely different city than I live in. And with a 2 year old daughter, I am going yo find it extremely difficult to use it.
I was pleased with the tech and the carpets got clean to my satisfaction, but I had to call back because I had racking marks even the next day after cleaning. I have always used Dalworth and never had marks like that before. I do feel my carpets got cleaner and I like the fact you are a green company but the marks have bothered me. You did send someone to do a thorough racking when I called and he assured me the marks would disappear with time. So far they look the same. I have tried vacuuming them away and that's not working yet. If these marks continue to show and I can't get rid of them easily I will probably hestitate to use you again.
Disappointed because of not cleaning carpet under dining room table and moving the dining room chairs.

Get's my carpet and tile really clean, and it stays that way longer. I've had other cleaning companies work on my carpets in the past. Nobody does it better than you guys. Amid was great! Very professional and helpful in explaining how the cleaning products worked, how my cleaning requests were being priced, just friendly and helpful as he could be!
We had several stains come back a day after the cleaning
Well the technician was great and the carpets look as expected. My disappointment comes from not receiving my Brazilian steakhouse gift card post cleaning. I have been checking my email. Additionally, you sent me an email on July 20th offering 20% off the service and 100 sq ft of tile for free and a Brazilian steakhouse gift card. I called and left a voicemail immediately after receiving the email bc we are moving and I would have loved to get that scheduled for the next house and here it is July 23rd and I haven't received a call. It is my biggest pet peeve when businesses do not check their vm's. I'm going to schedule with someone else. Thanks
