Tech arrived as promised, courteous, did an outstanding job on inspection of carpet then cleaning
My carpets didn't look as good as they have in the past. Also, I requested an appointment before 10 am and I was told the day before that someone would come between 11 and 1. The technician didn't show up until 1:15. I have been a long time customer and have always loved your service, but I feel this time I was disappointed.

Over all, the cleaning provided was above average, trust me, I have used many carpet services before. the one thing I am disappointed about is that a couple of the stains have resurfaced on the carpet ... I will call you to follow up.

The service was beyond great! The Zerorez employee came to my house and was kind and explained everything I might not of understand. Any questions I had he answered them. He showed me the dirt he was cleaning from my carpet. Amazing service!

When I requested service the person knew it was 4 bd with closets. But when the service guy went he charged $25 more bc master closet was separate and every knows master closet is always separate. ..I ended up paying 145 when I was quoted 99..I was moving next day so I had no time to get other service..

I just had a feeling that all the vents were NOT cleaned. On the first visit July 11 2015, Eric explained to my husband and I that he was going to clean all the vents and the other technician was going to clean all the carpet. On the second visit when Eric removed both return air vent covers, it confirmed that all the air vents had not been cleaned. I was in disbelief and took pictures of the dirty air ducts / return air vents. Eric apologized for not cleaning both return air vents.
Eric was not prepared for cleaning the return air vents the second time he came to my home. I had to provide him a bed sheet in order to keep my newly cleaned carpet from debris that was from the return vents. My husband and I are pleased with the carpet cleaning but truly disappointed with the air duct cleaning and not sure if the dryer vent was cleaned. We spent close to $1500 for the air purify and ac filter.
I would like to have more than 20% off on the air purify.

Have been using Zerorez for several years and are carpet would always have a really deep cleaning except this time around. Dirt was not lifted to my satisfaction.
That you do not use harsh Chemicals and my Carpet seems to be really clean and fresh afterwards.
Travis was very dedicated to doing a good and thorough job. Answered all questions I had and did not try to hard sell anything. Very appreciative of that but did inform me of things that might be helpful as I can afford them.

The carpet cleaning was horrible! My carpets actually look worse. The whole point of getting the carpets cleaned was to get out some of the stains. The stains look worse. There is now a huge purple ink stain that was not there before. I scrubbed it for 20 minutes AFTER the tech left and got some of it out. All he could say is there was probably a small spot we couldn't see and when the water hit it, it spread. I have NEVER been so disappointed. I called Zerorez on the recommendation of a neighbor but I cannot imagine why I would tell anyone about it other than say spraying water on your carpet and vacuuming it up would do a better job than this. No difference, probably worse than when we started. It was a complete total waste of money.
