The service was very good. But i still have some pet odor in my carpet after using special pet odor eliminator.

Didn't get the service that I expected from watching Good Morning Texas. Not once was it mentioned in order to get your carpet looking like new, you will need to pay hundreds of dollars more.

Very pleased!! Called to make appt. on a Sun. and my call was returned promptly the next day. Zerorez showed up on time and did an exceptional job! Our carpet looks clean and fresh, no harsh chemical smells and I was very impressed with how our carpets were only damp and almost dry within 30-45 min! able to get out stains that were questionable without an additional fee.
