cleaning method dries quickly

Job was not done correctly. You sent someone out here to fix the problem, and I specifically requested not to have the same guy, but that is who came. I was told that the hallway did not count as a room for my 2nd visit, but because the young lady who told me that was off for the day and could not verify my story; the technician would not do the room that he was supposed to be doing. Not very good customer service. Very disappointed in my experience. Gave you the opportunity to make it right, and it was not corrected. I will never use Zerorez again, and will not recommend your company to anyone.

My area rug was only picked up yesterday other than the pick up I haven't been provided any services.

Everything was so easy, clean and smelled amazing - it all worked better than I expected. Shawn was amazing at recommending product and helping fit our budget.

The product and the service people so friendly on the phone and the when they came out they were so willing to help and answer questions.

GOOD COMMUNICATION / GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE / QUALITY WORK

The kitchen tile grout is still visibly dirty in several spots. The technician failed to leave the restaurant gift card. I used other companies, paid less and been more satisfied.

The gentleman who came was very polite. I told him that when the carpet dried I would know if I was satisfied with the result.
I have an appointment with a team lead on Monday between 1 and 6pm.
I am disappointed that he could not come before. It has been 24 hours and a couple of patches are still wet/damp.

Roy told me to to get ready for the best cleaning I've ever had, and he was right! Even though this was the third time I had used Zerorez, he did a better job and was the first technician to tell me about the protectant and the permanent air filter, both of which I decided to get. Thanks Roy!

Technicians worked very hard to get stains out, and even managed to get the paint up that the painters left behind on the carpets.

Maybe its just old carpets, I was hoping theyd look cleaner. thanks I also didn't get shown w a blk light like my friend did w her service.
