You do such a great job! And the people you send have been great!
Our appointment was from 430 to 6pm. It was 645 and no one had called or showed up. We had to call and then found out the technician wouldn't be at our home until 7:30. If your running late call the customer. we waited for 3 hours for the technician to show up. He did a great job but the timing was horrible
Able to schedule service at last minute.
I am the caregiver for the gentleman who's home was serviced. I was supposed to receive a phone call 30 minutes prior to the technician's arrival so I could meet at his house, do the walk through and set up payment, etc.
It wasn't till after the walk through and haggling with him about payment that I was even contacted.
This didn't make him happy or his son who asked me to set up and survey the cleaning.
The technician did a fine job, (although the carpets were extremely wet after she left).
VERY FRIENDLY TECHNICIAN. WAS HAPPY TO GO OVER A TROUBLE SPOT.

Your employees are always very professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. They take great pride in their work!
I was told you would arrive between 1-4pm and that I would receive a phone call 30 minutes prior to arrival...neither happened. My son took the day off to be home and waited there all day. At 4pm we still had not heard a word so I called and was told that they had us down for 4:30-6:30pm and that they had an employee whose car overheated and they had to switch routes up. She stated it was their fault for not calling us however they would be there between 4:30 & 6:30 and again that we would receive a 30 minute warning. At 6:35 my husband called and he was told that they would be there by 7:30pm, However the only compensation they could offer was to spray fiber protector on one room. Which to me was unacceptable after we waited/wasted an entire day(and a day off) and evening and never once received a phone call from your company. Although the carpet looks cleaner...I am not happy with the outcome. This is a new house and usually when you clean carpet you rake the pile back up. It is still flatten out and the heavy traffic areas still look the same. I will not be using your company again. I we will not be referring you. Waste of time and $120.00 to clean two rooms and a tiny hall.
Needed carpet runner cleaned by tech wouldn't do it in lieu of 3rd room insisted on extra charge. Styled for Xtra tiles cleaned.

Your service guys are great. This one in particles went the extra mile to explain, make sure I was happy and to go to a little extra effort.
My carpets aren't "crispy" like other carpet cleaners and if for any reason a stain reappears (within a reasonable amount of time like a few days or so) you guys come right out and take care of it without additional charges!

Carpets & tile looked brand new.
My carpets seem dirtier now than they were before Zerorez came to clean them. They did not pretreat any of the stains, so very few of them came out. The cleaning just seemed to lift old spots to the top. This seemed to be an invitation to try to sell me a very expensive air purifier. I also do not understand why it cost so much to clean my rug when it took less time than any of the rooms. This all makes me wonder how clean my carpets truly are and if I wasted over $400.
Setting the appointment was easy and the customer service was friendly and fast. Also, the tech that cleaned my carpet was very polite and informative. He did a great job. I was highly satisfied.
Cleaning of carpet is done very well, all stains removed.
Not one piece of furniture was moved in my living room, no matter how small the table or how light weight the chair. I have sent a photo of one table that shows open circle in table at the bottom where carpet was not cleaned. I had moved a lot of furniture to thoroughly vacuum and some were not in usual place. That meant I had spots that weren't cleaned in areas that are open. I had assumed no moving of sofas and heavy furniture, but light weight tables? Not one piece of foam or whatever was used to put under any legs of anything. The carpet cleaning is impressive and I do think the cleaned carpet looks good.
You were supposed to come between 11:30 and 1:30 but the technician had car problems and you did find someone else but they did not get there until 3:30, I understand the car problems were out of your control but it is still frustrating to show up so late and then the carpet was not dry until after 9:00. Also I was supposed to get 100 sq ft of tile cleaned for free and the technician never said anything about it, he seemed like he was in a big hurry and finished in 1 hour and I think my carpet did not get as clean as it should have if the technician would have spent more time on it.
