Very effective
I have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning before so I didn't hesitate for upholstery cleaning. I requested an 11:00 am appointment with 3 days to choose from the tech showed up at 5pm. The technician who performed our service was very unprofessional in appearance and manners. My furniture smells worse than it did before the cleaning. The so called purified water he used had a terrible odor ( sour ). I paid almost $300 for a service that made my whole house stink! When my carpet was cleaned the water/ cleaning agent smelled clean and fresh. It would be nice if Zeroez would offer to repeat the cleaning! I have recommended Zerorez to several friends before but I'll never do so again! I am very dissatisfied with the entire experience.
My carpets were left very wet. When I came back the next day to vacuum, I found my carpets crispy with some of the stains back. I used a brand new vacuum on the floors and pulled up cup after cup after cup of dirt and sand from the carpets. I also pulled up a ton of dog hair and fluff. There are still lines on my carpets where they cleaned. They did not vacuum out. My carpets are also not soft and fluffy as suggested, even where it hasn't been trampled on at all. The guy that cleaned my carpet was at the house for about an hour to clean 3 bedrooms and a living room, all completely empty. I have called back and am having my carpets cleaned again, but had to wait an entire week before they would come back - I should have been moved to the top of the list to make things right. I will resubmit a feedback survey once they have cleaned them again.
Your tech was prompt and did good work on carpets. As per my subsequent conversation with Suzanna (I believe she was the rep I spoke with at Phone number removed), the tile and grout cleaning were disappointing. I am still trying to find a means of removing streaks of white residue from much of the grout before it can be sealed. 'Any suggestions? Please take a look at photos I submitted by e-mail to "a supervisor." The Zerorez rep offered to send a tech back to rework the tile and grout, however I am hoping to remove whatever this white residue is without having to schedule wait-time for a repeat visit and removing furnishings again (the splattering of fluid was immense during this process). Thanks for asking!
I appreciate that Zerorez doesn't use chemicals. I have children and I want to provide the cleanest atmosphere possible for them. Also, the technician (Rory) was very friendly and easy to work with.
The green cleaning. I also was very impressed with Tyron. He did a great job and very through. He seemed to care about getting my carpet clean!
Quick, clean and professional. I like that you can see the dirt in the clear canister while the guy was cleaning to see how much yuck is coming out of carpets.
The two gentlemen that came to my house were friendly and very professional. They answered all of my questions and did an OUTSTANDING job. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
My cRpet looks great except for two spots. One of mustard was discussed and I wast told it was a lot lighters biut it looks like it did before the carpet was cleaned. Also I had spilled a glass of iced tea the night before and it looks like it was never touched.

Very, very impressed with your technician-Tyrone Randle. He arrived promptly, was extremely courteous and went quietly about his work. He very much wanted to make sure we were pleased, and went out of his way to check in and update us on how it was going.
I was so impressed that he didn't give me a "hard sell" on additional cost items (most carpet cleaners do- which is why we dread having our carpets cleaned!)

It was too difficult to make an appointment and pay for the service. I wanted to schedule the appointment and pay for the service up front. Rep would not do that. They called me when they got to the property and I was not available. I called the office number back and stayed on hold 30 minutes and hung up. I had to reschedule the next day because no one called me. I have rental properties and can't sit by the phone to give a credit card to the rep when it is convenient for yall to take it.
The guy came even earlier than the time given for arrival. He was friendly and showed me what he was going to do and what I could expect. He was fast and did a good job.
Carpet is much cleaner than I could do without the harmful chemicals I have been using.
Cleans well and nice techs.
