Very thorough and everything is "green."
The appointment was scheduled for between 1:30 and 4. The first technician never showed up. After numerous calls I was finally told another person would arrive around 5. He finally came about 5:30. He did a very nice job, but the math on the bill was wrong and you owe us some money.
We particularly liked our technician. He was friendly and knew what he was doing.
Service was well above and beyond what I expected and exceedingly superior to other companies I have used.
The technician was courteous and explained the process and what to expect. He did a phenomenal job in cleaning the carpet and tile as though it were his own home! The pricing for the service was an outstanding value!
The technician was awesome! Taking care to go over stained areas an extra time and you could tell that he took pride in his work!
I have not seen the carpet but our handyman said it looked very nice. Will want to see if the spots reappear in a while like some carpet cleaners do. Hoping not. The service tech was there in the time period that they had given us.
When I placed my initial order the young lady did not inform me that there is an extra charge for rooms over a certain amount of square footage. I also was not told about the cost for stairs. I like to be told everything upfront. The tech is the one who informed me of this after he got to the house and called me. I do appreciate that they don't do any type of extra costs without asking you first but still would have liked to have been informed of this when I placed my order.
They did a very good job.
Dries fast, no smell, the workers have always been very nice and personable.
Clean
The technician who cleaned our carpet was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the process to us. Our carpet really looked so much better when he finished. We highly recommend our company.
The service person did a great job. He cared about the job he did. I forgot his name but I would ask for him again.
My carpet was in bad shape and it looks and feels great again after the cleaning!

ONE ISSUE -- as I spoke with rep, she mentioned 20% discount when calculating estimate. The bill provided to the service person did not include the 20%, but he did allow it.
AMAZING!! WE WERE SO AMAZED ON WHAT YOUR PRODUCTS DID FOR THE CARPET AND THE TILE FLOORING. THE CARPET IS ABOUT 22 YEARS OLD AND AFTER THE CLEANING IT LOOKED LIKE ALMOST NEW AGAIN. HATS OFF TO YOUR TECHNICAN MARK!! HE DID SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB AND SO, SO COURTEOUS IN EVERY WAY. MARK WENT OVER AND BEYOND HIS DUTY TO MAKE THE HOME LOOK GREAT AND READY TO SELL. THANKS FOR HIS OUTSTANDING WORK PERFORMANCE AND HIS TIME SPENT AT THE HOUSE WAS SO MUCH APPRECIATED. HE IS AN OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE AND WANTED HIS JOB TO BE DONE IN SUCH A PROFESSIONALISM WAY.
