Communication with tech as to what to expect from the service in relation to the shape our carpet was in before the cleaning. The results were in keeping with the tech's advice. He did a great job.
The cleaning process is quick and effective and not harmful to the carpet .
Both my wife & I got sore throughts from the cleaning process. We were present during the cleaning, observing & asking questions. Within a couple of hours we both had sore throughts. My wife had to go to the Doctor,because of a sore throught & severe coughing. We had to leave the house right after the cleaning because of a terrible gaseous odor. Not sure why, maybe you can tell us. This carpet is only 1 1/2 yrs.old, first cleaning & was not really even dirty as the technician can attest to.

I like how nice the carpet gets clean
The technician (Decarlos) you sent out on Saturday, August 8 was fantastic.My carpets look like new and they dried in about 4 or 5 hours. I will be asking for Decarlos again! Some of the technicians you send out are not good - my carpets look worse AFTER cleaning than before and they frequently take overnight to dry. Decarlos cleaned the way the carpets should be cleaned EVERY TIME! He did it the right way!! Zerorez should commend him. You should retrain your technicians to clean like Decarlos.

Some stains were left on the carpet. Someone will return to take a look, but I was told that there would be an extra charge. Having already pain nearly $500, I would expect this to cover the whole job. To come back and charge more is very disappointing. If I end up paying more, then I will never use you gain or recommend you.

The technicians left without saying anything. They accidentally skipped two areas that they were supposed to clean and now have to come back out.

Actually show up during the time frame offered or at least call to advise you will be late. I had to call and make sure I was still on the schedule.
Your representative for making my appointment did not relay information that they could not remove blood stains from my new carpet. That was the only reason for booking your service.
