It works
The $35/application "heat treatment" that was applied to remove stains not only didn't remove the stains, but left areas of lightened color AROUND the stains so now it looks like a target and draws more attention than if we'd just left it as it was. There were areas of very stiff carpet and it took a couple days for the lines left by the machine to go away. Overall satisfied with the service except for the targets left in our bedroom. Thank you

very friendly people......... produce what they promise and above. I have used them 2 times and TOTALLY HAPPY !! The first time you came my son had moved out and...well his carpet was terrible. I never expected you to get it all out but just to make it look better. When your staff left I thought I had new carpet again. The second was after selling my home. I wanted it clean for the new owners. My realtor was so impressed with the cleanliness and the cost he is considering using you for ALL of his move outs. I am recommending you to all of my friends

However, you gentleman that did it was very nice and did a great job but seemed to be in a little bit of a hurry to finish. I think he could have moved a couple of pieces of furniture to get under.
