The fact that you do not use chemicals. I switched to using organic based products years ago with my lawn care and as much as possible in my home within reason due to having small pets and found they worked better than all the chemical based products.

My technician was outstanding however after the carpet dried the stains that I had were multiplied and spread . It looked great when he finished but after overnight drying I was very disappointed . He had warned me the stains could come back but I didn't expect them to be 3 times as large as they were before cleaning. The areas that had no stains looked good and smelled fresh

He works quickly and very neat about every step. The equipment was not noisy and didnt make a mess on any of the adjoining floors. There was no odor to anything he used in the cleaning process. When he had finished, Ricardo was very orderly and efficient in removing his equipment and loading it. Today my carpets are almost like new and with the added spray I feel sure those areas will maintain their cleanliness longer. Please thank Ricardo and you can bet I will ask for him next time. Technician Devontrae was such a skilled, hard worker. His high energy level and total dedication to my carpeting and my two cats was amazing, felt like I was customer #1 even though this was the third assignment of the day. My house looks so clean because of zerorez! Thank you.

warranted (you do not find this out until you are paid in full and get email receipt!)..
I will work against Zeroez! Sorry, but I feel taken and oversold!! I would accept a full refund at this point and call it done. Until then, it is not!

Fabian and Jay were very professional, friendly and answered all of my questions with knowledge. They were careful bringing in all of the equipment and the carpets look wonderful! I have recommended Zerorez before and will continue to do so. I like that chemicals aren't used and feel like it is a safer alternative and the results are great.

Great quality.

I had two very large rugs taken and cleaned. This is not a cheap process. It was stated that it would take up to 4 weeks to get done. It was about a l week longer. when I called to ask about them they said they were being repaired. The technician said after it will be cleaned they will call and give you a estimate of repair. I was curious why I never recieved a call. The rugs were brought out yesterday and there was no repair work done. This was a huge disappointment. Obviously, there was a major lack of communication but lesson learned and I won't take this service again.

Your company DID come out to try and re-treat stains that hadn't come out (which after the carpet dried, stains were still just a visible) however, that wasn't the part that was disappointing. The part that was bothersome was the carpet tech that came out. His personality/attitude can be defined in one simple word... Obnoxious! Arrogant could be fitting, as well. I did not appreciate the 15-20 minute lecture that I was given on how "flawless" HE FEELS his work is and how I should've rated his performance a "5" instead of a "4". Again, obnoxious. I hope you take this as constructive criticism and use it to help benefit your company so that you will not lose customers because of one technician.
