Really impressed with the tile cleaning too.
It did an amazing job on my carpet! We shampooed our carpets ourselves and barely made a difference so we decided to have it professionally done. And they look new almost everywhere. That is saying something with lots of kids making messes in this house. The technician who came out was so nice and worked really hard! We will definitely be using them again.
I like the idea ow zero resolution! The tech Daurl was very informative and accommodating. He did the job thoroughly! He had great customer relations skills.
You get every spot and stain out of our carpet. It looks new again.

I was vey pleased. The technician was very knowledgable about the Zerorez treatment. He demonstrated the process on a small area, explaining each step. I was amazed at the result. He cleaned the master bedroom, and even gave a recliner a cleaning, and showed me what was extracted...a big shock to me! When he finished, he told me about the fiber protectant benefits, and I had the dining room and the den treated. During the entire process I Noticed a very clean odor....very fresh and pleasant. The technician was very professional and courteous, and was proud to be with the Zerorez group. I hope some day there will be a Zerorez business in the Granbury area!

The young man who did my service was very good and personable. I was a little disappointed in the results of the pet stains, although he told me some staining could be left. While it was wet it looked great, but after spending almost $1100.00, I may still need to replace the carpet to sell the house. I probably would have been better off just getting new carpet for the room with all the pet stains. Still, I would certainly recommend you.

Very friendly and went over all the details
Service is outstanding. Personnel are congenial, knowledgeable and efficient. Nine-year old carpet has a new lease on life. Stone floor looks like new. Cannot comment on sealer yet since nothing has been spilled. Would definitely recommend to others.
The rep was very informative and showed me what I was receiving. He also showed me things that could help preserve my carpet. And the most important thing, was that he was prompt and had great mannerisms.
carpets not as clean as usual,spent very little time cleaning
After it all dried we were not impressed with the carpets and tile that was cleaned. It was not any better than when I use my own steam cleaner. Stains still remained.

Your employees are knowledgeable and friendly. You did a very good job on cleaning and repair of my carpets both in house and in your oriental cleaning department. One complaint - when a message is supposed to be returned by management in your company - please don't ignore it. There is nothing that aggravates a customer more than being ignored.

I like the cleaning "water" God my tile & hard wood floors. I bought the lifetime supply when you cleaned my tile floors 2 years ago & I really like it. Also that you deliver to me makes it worth the total cost.
