Spot stains that need it before cleaning as the water alone can be lacking.
This gentlemen was just that, a gentlemen. He was very helpful, fast and did a good job of cleaning our spots.

I like the people that work for the company. They are very responsive and helpful on the phone and both service guys that came to the house (one for duct work clean and one for carpet cleaning) were professional and worked hard.
Newspaper coupon read 4 rooms, pre-treat, clean and sanitize for $99. I knew about the $10 chg. Excessive stain $20 a stain (rust from a card table chair - $20 per leg, etc.
Every time you turn around extra $. Therefore a $99 +%10 turned out to be $300 +. Don't know the exact amount for no receipt much less a itemize cost list of cleaning. The young man was courteous, but he had to charge due to co. policy. Couldn't discuss the bill chges with him. I am 74 yrs old, have owned 10 homes, used carpet cleaners for over 50yrs. and have never had such outrageous charges. Yes, carpet cleaners had covered the same cleaning services. Too pricy to use ever againa! Oh, yes, wouldn't move couches, so I did and he decided to help move to clean underneath them. And, he moved (slide) them back which I was prepared to do myself.
High traffic areas were very clean. Far better than others carpet cleaning services.
The employee was polite and efficient. Our carpets were very clean when he finished.
It does the job as advertised
For the first time ever I gave NOT been impressed/satisfied by your services. After 15 hours my carpets are still WET in spots NOT damp. Too there are several water soluble stains that were keft behind and many other spots that I know your service can remove but this tech didn't. I cannot complain about her friendliness but her knowledge of how to do her job thoroughly to the Zerorez standard was lacking. I have already called customer service to rectify these issues and next Tuesday another Tech will come. Hopefully a much more experienced one. Still love your product just be more vigilant in training your techs. Thanks!
The thorough cleaning with no odor. The gentlemen that were of service were Robert Ochoa and David. They called to alert us of our appointment and gave us a 30-minute window. Arrived before that and were extremely prompt. Both gentlemen explained what they were prepared to accomplish, what was to be used and how it was to be implemented. I had some blood stains in the hallway and a few at a bedroom entrance and today they are completely gone. Hope it's going to stay that way. Four (4) room for $99 ended up to be $377+ but I ordered a sanitizer for my ducts and a lifetime filter which I hope to receive shortly. These men were most profewssional and very careful with my furniture. I'll call again. Many thanks.

Once the tech finally got he here he did an excellent job.
No Chemicals
Carpets smell clean not like chemicals. Employees are very nice and helpful.
I like the zero residue from not using a detergent. I like the corner guards used and I like the time the technician takes to properly clean and the time he took to explain and discuss other options.
The technician knew his stuff and went above and beyond to get something out of the carpet (crayon? Jolly Rancher?) He was personable, professional and the carpets and furniture have never looked better.
My carpet is clean and it dried pretty quickly.
The carpets were cleaned professionally and it was a fast process. Fabian did an excellent job and he explained everything in detail.

The first time I used you it was a disaster and I was so very dissappointed because I had high expectations having listened to your ads. Because of my disappointment you returned and cleaned my carpet and it was unbelievable how good it looked and stayed that way for a very long time. You came recently and part of my carpet seems to be almost stain free but other parts obvious stains remain. I don't know what made the difference between this last cleaning and the one before. I don't understand why it is not clean all over like it was before. I think the young man did his very best but I just can't feel the 100% satisfaction like before - I would say 60% satisfied but I was hoping and looking forward to a very clean carpet. In and out quickly and drying time was quick!
My carpet and tile was really clean after I had it done. I now get refills for my Zerorez water and when I call, they promptly come out and refill!
