Service representatives are clean and courteous. The gentleman that came to our house was very diligent and conscientious. The zerorez service is the best we have found and they do stand behind their service.

I have not seen my couches as clean since the day I purchased them. Blake Kramer was not only knowledgable he was extremely courteous. Next time I clean my furniture I will be asking for him!

Tyrone was determined to do the job correctly... That is so nice to see. The carpets smell fresh not perfumy. And the dry time was minimal.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have steam cleaned carpet before using industrial cleaners and I know I did a better job than what zerorez claims they are doing. I am not sold on your technique using just water. For what you charged me and the outcome, we could have done better with another company. I will not recommend you to my friends or associates.

The technician went out of his way to achieve positive results on my heavily soiled carpet. He also explained my options very thoroughly, but without a high pressure sales pitch. I have already recommended Zerorez to a friend.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The work done was great. But, one of the team almost fell through my attic, and damaged the ceiling. Justin handled it professionally and informed me repeatedly I would receive a call to get it repaired. After one week with no call, I contacteded the company. I was told the manager had just come in, so the phone rep would send him an email, and I would receive a call soon. No call.

Not disappointed in the product or service provided - but I am disappointed in the follow up to correct the damage. How can you make things right? Fix the damage in a timely manner.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The machine was not working and it took 4 hours to get it fixed, meaning that our whole Saturday morning and part of the afternoon was lost . Rashonda was wonderful, but the company should have either sent out another truck or given us a discount for the inconvenience. We will not likely use the company again.

On time. Plenty of updates. Beautiful cleaning job on carpet AND tile. Very friendly service man who kindly refused my tip. All at an incredible price.,and...no annoying smell or squishy carpet for days.
