Attention to detail. Every floor surface serviced is so CLEAN. Dries fast and no residue left behind. No detergent smell that I've had with other services.
Personnel onsite were extremely professional and eager to do a great job.
Freddie was very friendly and gave me all sorts of information about my carpet. He was delightful to have around. I especially like the fact that no residue will remain in my carpet.
Ivan did a GREAT job on our carpets and rug. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, had a positive attitude, made an effort not to damage our home, did not try to sell us services that we did not need, and really seemed to know what he was doing. He is the kind of employee that I would want working for me. Whatever you are paying him, I would pay him more.

Tyrone did a fabulous job cleaning our carpet after our dog had quite a large accident. He was very courteous, polite, and punctual, and stayed late to get the job done. As the carpet continued to dry, I have seen some smaller spots return. I will be contacting you to have returning spots re cleaned.

Service tech, Braxton, was friendly and professional. He was very thorough in his work. The only reservation that I have about zero rez is the high price. For three small rooms with a pet spot treatment, it was over $264. Have never ever paid this much
I have used other companies that more furniture and place on disc until carpet is dried. No furniture was moved

I was really surprised how well Rob explained what he was going to do. I had someone else try to clean a dark stain on my bedroom carpet. He could not get it out and said I may have to replace it. Rob did a great job getting it out. I am very pleased at the out come and would highly recommend your company to any one who asked.

I feel that you pulled a classic "bait and switch". Your $100 four roon promotion turned into $300 because we had pets.
No chemicals
