The first time I had my tile done as part of the special, I was very happy with the results. The grout was very clean, much improved. However, this time the grout was not clean. I was pleased with the carpets, but was disappointed with the tile.

We are limited to when someone can be home to have the carpets cleaned. I called in advance and choose the date that zerorez could schedule us for the first home of the day. Someone missed the note that we needed the first job. They scheduled us for the end of the day. They could not correct it so we had to go with another day later in the week and then they messed up that time too. They were able to work it out for the second day.

I had heard great things about your service but felt that the results weren't any better than the other services I have used. Hopefully the next time we will have a better experience.

I wish they could have gotten out the dirty traffic spot on the edge of the carpet. This gameroom was our top priority for carpet cleaning. Other surfaces cleaned met our satisfaction .

I had my carpet cleaned by zerorez once before. I expected my carpets to be softer than they were. I did not get my tile cleaned simply because of the type of tile that it is. I wasn't told that the company only cleans certain type of tile.
I'm sure the carpet cleaner did his best, but the result wasn't as nice as the first time. The serviceman was nice and respectful. Also, my scheduled time was between 4-6. Carpet didn't get cleaned until around 7pm.

I thought the service tech who came to my house was fantastic! He was nice, courteous, and very articulate. He was able to clearly explain what he was going to do. He was very careful and very clean. I felt safe having him in my home. I've heard the commercials on the radio and really didn't believe that Zerorez was worth all of the hype. But it was! I would definitely use your service again!

The primary reason I chose your services was for the health and safety of my family to not be exposed to chemicals or harmful substances with the cleaning, and I'm doubtful now about your claims to zero residue. Why? Because when I walked on the wet carpet barefoot, and then got in the shower, I slipped in the shower and almost fell because of residue on my feet from the cleaning. My toddler also slipped a couple of times the day after the cleaning when he stepped from the carpet to tile because of residue on his feet. I continue to feel a film on my feet as I walk around on the carpet.

To make it right, you could come back for free and rinse out the residue from the three rooms that were done and clean another room or two for free to compensate us for the extra hassle to have you come back out.

Stains reappeared after the carpet dried. Expected the stains to be removed.

The cleaner apparently did not assess our carpet's issue well as the new carpet chemical smell is still present after the cleaning.

Luis has been the best carpet cleaning technician that has done our carpet since I have been using Zerorez.

I really expected that traffic areas and some minor stains would have come out better.
