Service person friendly and knowledgeable. Products are effective and safe for the environment.
The professionalism and care that was displayed by Brent was not only appreciated but he was efficient and explained it as he went along. The carpets are germ-free and look like new. I have referred Zerorez to at least 5 people since Brent came on Wednesday. I've used this company before and I will again.
I had a coupon for 4 rooms for $99. When the technition left I had a bill for $156 or thereabouts. You charged for fuel and stairs were extra. I had 3 bedrooms and stairs. The last company that I hired did not charge for fuel and considered the stairs the 4thh room. The person who cleaned the carpet was very professional and very nice. I have nothing wrong to say about him. I just feel that you had hidden costs that I was not expecting. I was under stress at the time because of closing the house the next day and had no time to disagree.

Cleaning the carpet was great but I did not appreciate the sell job. Everytime I turned around he was trying to sell me something. I just needed by carpets cleaned.

The carpets look nice and the technition was very friendly and personable. I did not like all the up-sells however. You should tell about those when we make the appt with a clear description of what they are for and how much they cost. Not sure that I will use you again.
Carpet was not adequately cleaned. Left residue in a high traffic area where there had been a stain. Not certain how you can make it right as the technician paid special attention to that area. Other areas were not well cleaned either. (Missed or still showing dirt.)

I sent an email asking about it, but never received a reply. I knew I wouldn't get the gift certicate for a while, but just wanted to be sure it would be coming. Thanks!

This place is a joke. i complained my carpets were not cleaned and the company sent out another person who then tried to charge us EXTRA money to clean the carpet. Why would I waste more money on a company that did not clean the carpet the first time? The guy who came out for the second time just stood there and said he couldn't get the carpets cleaned without additional cost. Why advertise and set up an appointment to clean only to leave customers frustrated and cheated. I will not only NOT recommend this company, I will put my reviews on the internet so everyone can see how worthless this service is. My neighbors highly recommended this company. It was a huge disappointment and a total waste of time and my hard earned money.

After the first pet treatment, my carpet smelled worse than before. After the second treatment, my carpet now has a bad chemical smell. Called customer service and was told that I needed to get the padding replaced. I have spent nearly $500 to get my carpet cleaned and the smell is worse than ever! I do not want to spend even more money on getting the padding replaced since you don't guarantee your work. Your product obviously can't do the job and it left me with a nasty chemical smell on my carpet! Not a happy customer!

The technician was extremely nice and explained what he was going to use on my carpets to help get rid of the dig urine and smell. He also took the time to explain why my one bedroom carpet looked dirty after another cleaning service had cleaned the carpet
