The technicians that were here very professional. They explained the process before starting the work. My tile floor looked brand new when finished, the grout lines that had become dark after months of mopping are white once again. This is the second year I have had Zerorez do this and have been extremely happy.
My carpet took w days to dry. A new tech training do not extract the water well. Carpet was very wet.

I've agreed to "flash" charges in the past and always thought it was reasonable. This time I was never told costs for two spots and feel I was over charged.

The guy who cleaned the carpet was REALLY nice - no problem there. The carpet, however, really did not look much different afterward. It was 3.5 years old and I really thought it would look better. I have never paid for carpet cleaning before and doubt I will again.
