I did not immediately realize three chairs and a quilt rack were not moved to allow cleaning of the carpet in those areas. It was my understanding that type of furniture would be moved. I know it was not moved as the plastic was not under the legs.
Additionally your advertisements have mentioned ridding the carpet of stains. I was told the pet odor if that is the source of stains will be eliminated but potentially not the stain.
There is an area in the office that was not treated. If moving the rocking chair was an issue I should have been told then and given the opportunity to move the chair.
Your hidden fees are exorbitant. Carpet was wet until evening.
All -in - all, very very very displeased.

We didn't feel that the lady who cleaned our carpets took very much time to do it and she was on her phone more than she was cleaning. We were very disappointed because a friend of ours recommended you because she heard your company was good.

Our appointment was set for 1:30pm to 4pm. When our tech had not called or arrived by 3:50pm, I had to call the office only to find out that the tech had to return because he was out of water. I was advised it would take another hour before he showed up at our house. By 5:15pm, when no one had called or arrived, I was on the phone again waiting for a rep to come on the line when I noticed a Zerorez truck in front of my house. The tech advised he was not the originally scheduled tech, but had just gotten back to the office and was sent out to take care of our appointment.

It's been a week and a half and the carpet isn't getting matted down. It dried fairly fast. Only down side was that the pet treatment that I received, that area of the carpet did get a little "crunchy" feeling.
Be consistent with your pricing. For example. You guys never charge for stairs but then the most recent time you did. And it was more than two rooms combined.
Pet treatments, and our carpets looked great after the cleaning. He did a very good job.
