The customer service in scheduling and the gentleman who came a cleaned the rugs
It was easy to set the appointment, but the nice lady on the phone (Angel) quoted a price of $107.00 plus tax, but the bill was $99 plus $10 gas charge for a total of $109.00 plus tax. I know $2 isn't much, but I should have paid the quoted amount. The tech (Rory) was very professional and easy to work with. He did an excellent job and we are pleased with his service.

Zerorez has cleaned my carpet 3 times already. On this (fourth) visit, the tech asked about the carpet, that it was wool, and quoted me $1.50 per square foot, making it over $1,500 to clean. I said no way, just clean it like you did before. He went to the truck to call his boss, came back to say they could clean it for $1.00 per sq.ft - still, over $1,000. I said no, I might go as high and $300, and he left again. This time he didn't return, just left. I offered to sign a waiver. I called Dalworth Carpet and told them I had wool, they can do it for about $350 total.

Unfortunately the stains did not come out of my carpet. Both rooms looked great when they were wet but after they dried you can still see the stains. Your technician was very polite and I was happy with his service. I plan to contact you to see if there is something else we can do to remove the stains.
On time and very professional.
The cleanliness of the technicians by wearing booties when cleaning the carpet. They carefully moved furniture and tables. The updated equipment used to extract dirt and soot from the carpet was more efficient. It allowed a quicker time for the carpet to dry. Very impressive.
Product is great. Services is excellent. Servicemen are always very nice and professional.
I've sent in a complaint already. Tech didn't arrive on time. Rookie sent instead. Polite and professional. Did the job in half the normal time. Rugs were still dirty and very wet! Someone coming tomorrow to do it all again. Two full mornings of my week used up along with stress. Who needs to recommend that?
No chemical residue left on the carpet after cleaning.
The service Zerorez provides is phenomenal. A guy named Robert was our tech and was so knowledgeable and reassuring that the stains would be removed and he was right. The carpet was spotless when he left and now I'm waiting on my permanent air filter which I'm excited to receive. No more do I have to remember to purchase and install every 3 months or so. All that's necessary is to remove, clean and re-install. I'm for anything that can help with the savings of money and time.
Friendly technician! No residue.
Job was not done right the first due to sending out an inexperienced tech that only had 2 days on the job and was not being supervised by anyone to make sure he knew what he was doing. Then sent out same tech to redo the job which still has issues and now will sending out a new tech to try to get the job right.
Keith was awesome and he did an excellent job. However, he did not move the couch in the living room and clean under it. Also, he could've left some of those plastic things so that when I put the furniture back, there would be plastic things protecting the carpet from the furniture.
You have changed the way you clean the carpets. I have used you several times but this last one was bad. You did not get out any of the spots like you have done before and I did not know about the 30 day rule so used my oxyclean stain remover and it took out all of the spots and stains. No bleaching or changing of color using it. I was told that if you came back to reclean that area the carpet might be discolored. Will do my own again next time.

The results attained from the ZeroRez system were the best I've ever seen. The technician was knowledgeable about the company and the process, as well as being friendly and professional.

The tech needs to be careful when furniture has metal wheels on it. They can leave rust marks if NOT put on blocks!!!!
Bryson was very kind, knowledgeable, and forward about what needed to be done and the condition of our carpet. Although I am not exactly sure what is in your cleaning solutions, I like that your company is making an effort to use something other than harsh/toxic chemical's and detergents. Our carpet is noticeably cleaner after your service, and it was supposedly professionally cleaned just 3 months ago before we moved in.
