The crew is Fast and professional. The first time we had them here they got stains out that we thought would Never come out! Fantastic job!

Web site shows early morning appt times however I was the first appointment of the day and was told by the person confirming my appointment they don't start til 9:30 am. Not great for working people. Dishonest at best.
Fast once they arrive
Terrible customer service. I contact Zerorez for carpet cleaning and i was offered your permanent air filters and i ordered 2 units. First of all, they delivered just 1 and it was the wrong size. I understand that mistakes happen but i had to call you over 6 times and my situation was still not resolved. I did not get one call back from Zerorez between those 6 calls. You might as well not have a customer service team. They only call you when you order a service or they are trying to sell something.

I like your services because they are environmentally friendly.
Typically, my carpets look significantly cleaner and smell good after Zerorez is done cleaning them. This particular time, the carpets smelled bad and were not as clean. I was able to take a towel and wipe up a lot of the dirt spots that were left behind. The cleanings I have had in the past from Zerorez would have normally gotten all of those spots.
Your products and services are very good, and usually work quite well. Your technicians are knowledgeable and honest. While "up-selling" is always a good approach when you have a wide range of products and techniques, your technicians give an honest discussion of the likelihood of success. On the most recent service call, Keith told me my problem was one of the toughest possible, and that we were not likely to succeed. He was right, but he tried anyway, to be sure. He then gave good advice on how to deal with the trouble spot on a long term basis.
We have used your services around 8 times, and we have always been satisfied.

The service guy was wonderful, very polite and very professional. There were dirty traffic areas in my living room that he went over twice, and apologized that he couldn't clean the area further. The next day, I took a Walmart-purchased Hoover carpet cleaner over the area and the dirt came right up. It makes me question the carpet in the rest of the house. Why did I pay nearly $400 when my home cleaner was more effective to remove the dirt?

Fast, friendly and good service
The gentleman that performed the services was very nice and helpful. However, I placed an order for an air filter and was told that it would be delivered later that day. It was not. I then had to call and see why it wasn't delivered and was told that it needed to be ordered. A week went by and I never heard anything so I called the office and they told me that someone would need to come measure and then they would order it. It was just very unorganized. Then later that day my filter was delivered. It made no sense whatsoever. Also, I purchased the loyalty deal and the gentleman that came out didn't have the right equipment to clean my tile so that wasn't completed. I assumed someone would be contactingg me about coming back out to complete the service. I never heard from anyone so a week went by and I had to contact the office for someone to come back out to complete the service. Also, I was informed over the phone when I set my appointment up that someone could price cleaning my shower. The gentleman that came out knew nothing about cleaning showers. Very unorganized!

After a great scheduling experience, a polite technician, and thorough cleaning, we were surprised by the addition of a Fuel Charge to our final bill. That should have been disclosed up front.
