Make loyal customers aware of promotional loyal customer offers. The last few times zero razz has come out I spent 45 minutes negotiating a price. And it's a considerable price difference of 40 $60-$80. I find it very frustrating and very unprofessional

I like the powerful water system that cleans my older carpets so well. We are not ready to replace our carpets, but I want them to be as clean & cared for until we do. The way Zerorez cleans my old carpets makes me feel good about how they would take care of our new flooring one day. Thank you! :-)

Techs need to ask the female of the house if allowed to move small sofa or chairs to clean under neath she may be pregnant and can't move furniture,they need to be more customer active than just in an out service.The service tech is the companies front runner for Zerorez, done customer service for 30 years and I know how important the service tech can be for return customers.....
I fill that the carpet was not clean throughly leaving spots left on the carpet, looks like it dirty more now then before.
Review your appt scheduling and provide a receipt for work done.

Brown spots covering wood floors and stained front rug. You had to come back to fix the rug and I had to spend all afternoon cleaning the spots from my wood floor. It was a dismay.
