There is a stain on our hardwood floors by the tile that he cleaned
On-site staff person was very attentive to our needs and very customer friendly.

The carpets and tile get really clean and fresh smelling, your carpets are soft not stiff like with other services I've used and the technician was prompt, called ahead to let me know he was coming and very professional throughout the process. Didn't rush thru the job either. The before and after photos of the tile are unbelievable, tile floors were washed before he started and the difference was amazing. He even got down on his hands and knees and made sure to get the corners and edges clean too. I've used several different services and even own my own expensive carpet shampooer machine, but I keep going back to Zerorez to have it done right.
Overall I was pleased with the service. The tech was on time and very professional. The carpets and floors look great. I really do wonder about the $10 fuel surcharge at a time when gas prices are the lowest in years.

The carpet dried very quickly and the job was completed in a timely manner. So far the carpet looks good.
I like the lack of chemicals used to clean the carpet, no sticky residues left on the carpets allowing stains to return. Carpet feels cleaner and no chemical smells.

Took much to long to clean my rug (5weeks) and too expensive for the average rug. I brought the rug to them and picked it up. When I would call to see if it was ready they would say they would call me back and did not.
I still have dirt stains on my carpet. I get them out myself with my Bissell cleaner. I hired you guys bc I didn't have time to do it myself. I expected them to be gone.
Fast, efficient, dries quickly
Eric and Lamar are great techs. They were professional and the carpets are thoroughly clean. No cleaning odor. I would have them back again.

Roy Alltop, my service provider, was very hard working, polite, and did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets. When he was finished, the carpet looked much better and cleaner than I ever thought possible.
Carpets look really good. dried fast. will see if dirt spots reappear.
