The technician did a GREAT job on 2 of the 3 rooms. However, he either used too much water or the hot water was not completely extracted and some areas were still a little wet 36 hours later. Also in one room, many areas of brown stains are evident when before there were none. One area where my cat had thrown up was a darker brown stain. I have asked for a redo on this particular room. The technician was very diligent and hardworking but my carpet in the living room looks disastrous!

Our technician was friendly and professional and did an excellent job! I truly like that Zerorez doesn't add chemicals and other things to my carpets that "encourages" dirt and stains to actually stick and show up more!
The guys were great
I would recommend the carpet cleaning, but your communication within the company sticks! The first guy messed up my carpet when he couldn't find a seam when stretching it. He cut another, stretched it, then found the other seam. Ugh. Couldn't fix it, 2 different people have come out, and didn't even know your person had messed up my carpet. 3rd person still couldn't fix it today, and my house went on the market yesterday! A4th person I'd to come today. I HOPE HE NOT ONLY KNOWS THE PROBLEM, BUT CAN ACTUALLY FIX IT!!
I've used your company for several years and have always been very satisfied with the overall results. But the quality of services I was given with Zerorez most recent visit to clean my carpet was not up to your company's standards. As a result I was very disappointed with the results. Because I know your company takes pride in your product and great customer service. I called to voice a complaint to Management, and spoke to Mr. Rondy Bolden, he apologized for the service I received and said that was not Zerorez policy. I am set me up for a re-do this Monday, October 5, 2015. I appreciate that very much.

Just don't think the carpet came out as clean as I think it could have, it still looks dirty, just evenly dirty. I am not sure what you can possibly do. The carpet is about eleven years old and has been cleaned twice in that time amd it looked better done by others.
This is the second time we have used ZEROREZ. We could not be happier with the service. Very good follow thru with customer contact for setting up appointments and tech arrival times. Great Tech's who do a through job while being mindful of the homeowners wishes. We will continue to use ZEROREZ in the future

Did a superb job of cleaning our carpets...no small feat, considering how many years we've had two cats and a dog, and all three big shedders!
The tech did not move anything and when I is said something he got upset. My carpets do not look like they have been cleaned and they feel stiff. When I made a comment about the service and the carpets still looking dirty the tech informed me he was a trainer so was the best. He cleaned 4 rooms in under 30 minutes.. Enough said! I am scheduling to have my carpets cleaned by Stanley Steamer as have company coming.
We had our really old (19yrs) carpets cleaned yesterday. We had some very dirty high traffic areas that I was very surprised to see completely cleaned. We have been thinking about replacing the carpets, but after yesterday, we can now wait a little longer.
The very friendly and efficient technicians arrived exactly halfway through the 3 hour window we were quoted.
I was never pressured to add more services or cost, but we did elect to have a protector cover applied after the cleaning was finished.
We will definitely use Zerorez again, and highly recommend them to our friends.
The carpet not only looks really clean but it feels clean on my bare feet. And it stays clean longer because there isn't any residue to attract dirt.
Tech was nice and curtious, he completed the job quickly and did a great job over all. Only had a couple stains they were gone and no odor left while drying.
