I thoughly enjoyed having the carpets cleaned in my house. They are absolutely lovely, love the work and how Ivan was so nice in explaining everything that he was doing. He did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to ask for him back and will strongly recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.
I've used you guys many times and you've always done a great job. But I've learned that it all depends on the tech you send out some take more time and do a better job and some just breeze right through it. The last guy you sent out was very nice however he did not do a great job. I'm was not happy.
The technician this time was great. His attention to detail and the time he spent trying to remove the ink stain was greatly appreciated.

I asked for a mid morning appointment, technician showed up at 12:15.Floors stated very very wet in some areas beyond the 6-8 hours the technician said it would take. I did not receive my gift card, again.
Liked that it was clean equipment and knowledgable technititions.

I wish when I called you we could have set a time and a date on the phone. I didn't need the 3 or 4 emails,the 3 or 4 phone calls. One call gave a phone # that was so quick I didn't have time to write the # down. Once you called me before noon and woke me up, your work order expressly said to call after noon. I did appreciate the half hour heads up, gave me time to lock up the dogs and expect him. The young man was very polite and seemed to like his work and did a very good job. But I am used to making a call, and setting a day and time on the phone like normal people do, and not have to go through all the emails and phone calls and being disturbed at dinner, and being woke up in the morning. I First name removed't think I will use you again for that reason. Thank you for a nice, clean, carpet though. And I though the $10 HIDDEN fuel charge was deceptive.You need to build that into your original price, or advertise the fuel charge on your ads. I've never heard of anybody doing that before.

Zero is able to remove stains that have been on carpet for long periods of time. They did this 2 years ago completely removing stain. Had had other carpet cleaning companies try, but they failed to get it out.
Very pleased with the service provided this time - the cleaning as well as the technician.
Nice person doing the job and it looks so good and feels good
Primary concern was technician Matt did not try to localize the exact location of urine odor when treating requested area. I pointed out 3 times that he didn't apply "drenching" product to area of primary concern. He gave a couple of excuses and then tried to cover the area with a topical that he didn't even work into the fibers. Now 48 hrs later the odor is not much better than before treatment. Other concerns: He tremendously raised the price from what was quoted on phone ($130 for 5 x 5 sq ft area to $313), bringing in surface brush machine without cleaning off brushes that had cat hair from a previous client, and not cleaning up dripping liquids well from path into the room.
I'm not sure what to do next. I have no confidence in the service technician that came out. Is there a different technician more experienced in treating pet urine odors? (This was a one time cat accident related to some drywall/painting repair in the affected room. We did not have chronic problems with the cat. I know I have to completely get rid of odor to prevent him from returning to spot.)

Love the service I receives from Caesar! He was very attentive to the work he was doing and also gave me advice on removing a stain that would not be removed with the product Zerorez uses do to the nature of the stain. It worked!!!! He is awesome. Will only use Caesar and recommend him to everyone I refer to Zerorez.

I like that Zerorez product is safe and chemical free and the customer service is very good.
Ivan was great and did a wonderful job, BUT, my carpet now has yellow stains. Not happy with result.
