First time using Zerorez, cleaning process appears superior to others we used in previous years. Up selling by the service person is a real turn off, but I know the service person was just doing what Zerorez tells him he must do.
Carpet smelled terrible after the service was done. No vacuuming was done prior to cleaning and the entire house smelled of dog after the service but didn't prior to cleaning.

No real disappointment, but felt efforts were a bit strong to sell additional services. At outset, I said we wanted basic service, nothing more. He was not discourteous, and maybe if I were running the company, he might be EXACTLY the kind of rep I'd want. I am merely saying when a customer says this UP FRONT, leave it be.

Please fix my carpet.
The tech made me uncomfortable with excessive conversation about the pictures I had hanging in my house. He promised to put back all the furniture I had moved for him and he left without doing so. Schedulers not particularly friendly. The person the tech calls for payment was unwilling to give the 20% discount for past customers. The experience was ok but not something I'd write home about despite what Jody Dean says.
Bring the advertised Restaurant Gift Card to the service appointment. Now, for the second time, I have not received the $50 value from the Gift Card on your advertisement. The first time, I was told the restaurant part had expired even though it was not noted as so on the advertisement. This time, I was told it would be mailed to me. I left a VM at the office requesting a call to determine how I am to receive the gift card this time. Overall service for carpets was good, but this point is disappointing and annoying. Will you make it right this time? And for last?
NO CEMICALS USED AND THE CARPET COMES OUT BEAUTIFUL AND SOFT. THE TILE IN MY KITCHEN HAS LIFE AGAIN!
The carpet looks fantastic. Stains in my teenager's room came out beautifully. I could do without the constant up selling of Scotch guard and A/C filters, but I LOVE my clean carpets. I only use ZeroRez.
Service representative was excellent and through, moving furniture and adding blocks under items until carpet dries. So far, I am very pleased and he did a great job.

Your products do a very thorough job of getting rid of all stains and leaving the carpet looking like new. Also, there's nothing in your product to make dirt appear faster after it's cleaned. Your technician who did our carpets (Matt) was so careful getting around our home so as not to damage anything. He was very efficient and did an outstanding job and answered any questions I had. I've used Zerorez in the past at another house and would certainly call Zerorez for any future carpet needs.

My carpets are so clean and look brand new. I have a weave type carpet and once they are clean, it's like the fibers are zipped up and look new.
