Did not like the smell that was left. Smelled like mildew. Do not like the pretreat spray. Found it to be too strong.

I have spots that was missed, the ordor from the protection was very strong and I was forced to sleep in a guest room, the tile floor had water spots in several areas and I had to mop soon after the tech left.

I had the tile in my bathroom and laundry room completed. Once it dried it looked the same. I don't feel that the tile turned out very well. The agent that completed my service was wonderful and the carpet looked great. I am not satisfied with the tile cleaning though. I thought it was a waste of money.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When I called to make my appointment, I was specific with how many rooms I needed cleaned and discussed the pet stains. I was given a $269.00 quote. I also scheduled a morning appointment. The operator said the blocked time was 8:30 - 11:30. The technician never gave a courtesy call of his arrival. I had to call and ask if I was still scheduled because it was noon. The technician arrived at 12:30 and he only had 3 rooms and my stairs on the order. He also said the pet treatment was 75.00 a gallon and I would need 6 gallons and if I didn't get the treatment he could not guarantee my carpet would be cleaned. Well $500.00 later my carpet still looks and smells dirty. The money I wasted could have gone towards new carpet. The water seemed to have a musty old smell. What makes it worse is now I have to schedule another company to come in because my carpet smells like wet musty water. I am very disappointed.

I've been hearing about you on the radio (105.3 The Fan) for months and decided to give you a shot. Best thing we could have done. Your associate Braxton Stewart was very informative, punctual and very friendly. I plan on using you in the future and asking for him specifically. Our carpet looks great and we feel great knowing we have the MicroSeal warranty. Great work!!

Your Technician Miguel displayed outstanding service listen to my concerns from when y'all came last year at Christmas and he overcame all of the objections that we had to deal with he was very professional and courteous he is a great service technician

The technician did not call before he arrived. Then he damaged the grout on our ceramic tile, and tried to explain it away with a couple of lame excuses which we knew to be false. It took him 3.5 hours to complete 5 rooms and a hall. The only reason I'm not giving a zero is that I have used Zerorez for years so I know this was an isolated incident.
