I love that there is no "residue" with Zerorez, and that you are able to help us with pet issues. The technician was fantastic. I think his name was Brandon or Blake?? My bad that I can't remember his name as he was so informative with regard to the treatments and answered every question that we had. He was the best.

I hate the automatically proposed "upcharges". I did the $99/4 room deal to test you guys out, and the technician immediately recomended a $60 per room pet treatment. He said that my house would smell without it. I declined, and my house does not smell. Also I wanted to get my sofa cleaned, but the technician quoted $220. I asked how much it would be for just the cushions, but he said his manager wouldn't allow him to only do part of the couch because it would look bad. I think it should be my decision if I wanted to risk having a mismatched couch. The carpets do look good though.

Darwin was very polite, efficient, thorough and all-in-all did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets! We were also pleasantly surprised at how great the entrance way tile looked! That was a bonus. When he finished, the house really smelled good! Highly recommend Zerorez and Darwin!

The technician was excellent--very professional, did a wonderful job! The only negative is that it is difficult to reach a "live person"! I have called three different times and have been on hold for what seems like an inordinate amount of time. The last time was my service date and received a message saying the technician "was headed my way" an hour before previously scheduled --which was fine, but the msg asked me to call back. I did, and was on hold for 10 minutes--I hung up after that

I don't know yet - my appointment is not until November 14th. Today is only October 20th.
